It was such a great location. Best patisserie at the end of the street for breakfast and coffees and fantastic restaurants on the grand canal which are just a couple of minute walk away. Host was amazing, we were warmly welcomed and all our needs and questions were answered and accommodated so quickly. Mozzies in Venice are a problem but the place had fly screens on windows and plug in bug repellants. Thankyou for a wonderful experience in Venice.
The stairs to the second floor but if using the porters like we didn’t it wasn’t a problem.

Lovely apartment at excelent location close to train station and grand canal. Amazing garden at the property where we could relax after all day of walking. Perfect cintact from the owners with extremely clear and precise instruction for check in. We would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Venice.

Great location, close to main train station and exploring Venice, just off the main street, but far enough away not to have the noise associated with the main areas.
Noise from the apartment above us, with chairs being dragged and noisy people renting it. We couldn't locate a bottle opener, corkscrew or can opener in the kitchen - these would be useful to have. We couldn't get the air con to work consistently on the heat mode, we had rain all day on the 2nd day and were unable to dry our clothes which included our rain jackets and shoes.
