Most convenient apartment in Venice

The apartment was comfortable for a family. It was also clean. Jacopo was able to assist us when we needed help. He answered almost immediately. Great service. Location was fantastic!!!

We stayed 3 nights. Every morning at 8am will have someone ring the doorbells not just once, more than 3 times, it was shock especially who sleep at the sofa bed. At first we thought it’s someone delivering and randomly ring the bell. Until the 2nd day morning it happened again and asked the owner they said is dustman…so prepare …if you not expect wake in shock at 8am. Also very dusty, especially the sofa bed, very uncomfortable, that two big cushion at the back so dusty, the kitchen cookware and utensils definitely need to replace. As previous comments I saw from here, many mosquitoes, the owner did buy the mosquitoes spray as we requested, we did killed some mosquitoes which you can also found many mosquitoes or insets marks everywhere inside the flat, at the walls, ceiling, kitchen, toilet…etc. Well…the owner mentioned “Venice is on the lagoon, is not their problem. Just close the windows.” Also there was a hole at the main door, probably an old locker before, people from outside can see throughout inside whether has people there, they only has 1 simple key without other locks, feeling not safe. Last but not least, we thought we could keep our luggages there which they mentioned when we booked, cos we had evening flight, however they said it is not guaranteed, so we had to put our luggages somewhere else or carried them all until we heading to airport, Venice was our last stop over 10 days trip of Italy. If we know that we can’t kept the luggages and had to find somewhere else, we will consider other choices nearby.
