First time in venice. Great location. Met us at train station and helped us to apartment.
Keys were a bit tricky at outside gate

Rudi is very friendly and responsive. He welcomed us personally at the train station and brought us to the apartment. He even offered to carry our luggage as it's a second floor with lift. The location is convenient yet quiet. We had a wonderful stay.

To be met at the station over 2 hrs before the room was supposed to be ready, and given a really friendly guided tour all the way to the flat was amazing and very unexpected.
Rudi was so lovely and welcoming, and full of excellent advice on where to eat, places to visit and gow to get around! The flat was fully equipped, had so much for us to use - washing machine and iron crucial for our pre wedding prep, but souch in the kitchen also
It was a great base for exploring a beautiful.and unique city. Thank you Rudi!
The only thing I could find fault with was that the shower head was in need of looking at but it didn't bother any of us at all.

The apartment is like in the pictures.
The landlord is not very friendly when negotiating. First of all, she never informed us that the water heater has to be turned on manually, we managed to do that on our own after using a day of cold water. Second, the booking page of the apartment clearly shows that they provide the baggage storage service, but when I talked this with the stuff the night before our departure, she refused by saying there is another customer coming, and asked us to find a baggage storage place and pay for a fee for that. We end up paid 20 euros for two-hour storage. First of all, the check in time is after 3 PM and we only aim to leave the luggage in the apartment until 1PM, I don’t see why that’s going to bother the next customer. Second, the tune of the stuff is not friendly. When I say this is the service you mentioned in your booking page, she responded that this service is only for before checking in, which does not make any sense, nor is this mentioned in the page.
