The property was wonderful! The two bedrooms are spacious and have their own full baths. Living area and kitchen are open and is a great area to hang out. The location is perfectly situated 10 minutes from train station and has a water taxi stop two minutes away. It’s a quiet area away from all the tourists! An easy 25 minute walk to St Marks and Doge. We definitely would stay here again!
It’s not a dislike but a couple suggestions. We loved having the washing machine but since there isn’t a dryer, maybe could have a collapsible drying rack to use to hang clothes on to dry. Also, we were caught in pop up storms a couple times so maybe have a couple umbrellas in the holder would be helpful for guests. Regardless, we absolutely would still stay here again!!

la cercania muy buena de la estacion de tren, y que habia varios restaurantes a unos pasos del departamento, muy tranquilo la calle, fue facil llegar al lugar. la casa muy limpia y muy equipada con todo, y bien cercas de una parada del vaporeto, que te puede llevar y traer a todos lados
que fue muy confuso las instrucciones para tirar la basura, deberia de ser un tema que te expliquen al inicio de la entrega de las llaves, no como duda, seria como complemento de la bienvenida.

Check in was very easy. The apartment is very close (walking distance) from the train station, which is a plus. The place is very well kept and had all the amenities for a relaxing stay.
