The pull out couch wasn't the best, but that's somewhat normal for pull out couches.

Great location, spacious, helpful staff
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well the whole time we were in Venice. It felt like I was sleeping on springs. Please buy a new mattress it was horrible.
