The room was as expected and comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen space, aside from coffee, but it seemed to have the basics. The neighborhood and apt were quiet, felt safe, and an easy walk to all the main points of interest. Grocery store just a few mins away. Fabiano was super friendly and helpful in explaining how best to get around Venice—thank you for such a lovely stay AND for keeping our bags for the day at check out!

Property is okay overall but lots to be improved for the worth of money paid per night. No dishwasher, dryer, less kitchen utensils, seen minor leak from upper bathroom to main floor. No store room for broom or mob as they’re in the hallway.

About 5 minutes walking distance from train station, and closed to several water bus stations. The host was very friendly. Room was clean and cozy. Buying grocery from nearby grocery was bonus. A lovely stay!

Apartment had everything we needed. The host met us and recommended a restaurant for dinner, which ended up being our favourite meal of a 10 day trip! He also gave us tips on getting around including water taxi routes and airport transfers. All a wonderful help. Apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Located close to the train station, quiet area. Short walk to the 'main street'
