Marea Apartments

+ bez problemu trafiliśmy do apartamentu po wcześniejszym otrzymaniu instrukcji (klucze były w skrzynce) + Odnowione, duże, czyste mieszkanie, pełne wyposażenie, niczego nie brakowało + Cicha, spokojna okolica, ale w pobliżu kilka kameralnych barów i restauracji + Duży sklep w pobliżu + Bardzo dobra cena jak za taką jakość w Wenecji!!! + W sypialni są dwa łóżka małżeńskie (obok siebie) + dodatkowo salon z dodatkowym łóżkiem i kanapą. Dla nas jako przyjaciółek nie stanowiło to żadnego problemu, żeby spać w jednym pomieszczeniu. + Wróciłabym i szczerze polecam. Jeden z lepszych noclegów we Włoszech :))))

- początkowo lokalizacja na bookingu pokazywała inne miejsce, a ostatecznie apartament znajdował się trochę dalej od centrum - nie stanowi to problemu dla osób, które lubią spacerować po uliczkach miasta

El piso es precioso, igual o mejor que las fotos, estaba impecable y con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila frente a uno de los canales de Venecia. La anfitriona estuvo atenta en todo momento, desde antes de nuestra llegada hasta la salida. Todo perfecto! Esperamos poder volver :)

Spacious apartment, bigger than expected for Venice Well equipped, everything we needed was there - iron, dishwasher, laundry, microwave, etc.. Easy check-in, all online + access code, no problems at all Grocery shop very close, super convenient Well explained before checkin and good contact from the owner

Important: Zefiro apartment is half in the basement - you enter ground floor, but the terrain gets upwards and your living and bedroom is really half in the ground!!! Very dark inside, almost no natural light Tiny windows near the ceiling, barely possible to open and see anything outside Windows view blocked by trees and walls, no sunlight at all Feels like staying in a cellar, not pleasant to spend time inside Strange smell in the apartment Quite far from main attractions Visible signs of wear from previous guests I would avoid Zefiro apartment and choose one of two others, then it could be nice, as there is good contact with the owner, good ammenities and quite neiberhood. Unfortunately. Zefiro for me shoudn't be sold at all - in any other place in Europe it would be unacceptable. Look at my pictures before your decision. I completely missed the fact of windows location on the pictures.
