Die Lage, der Garten, das man draußen sitzen konnte, die Katze und die Waschmaschine. Sehr geräumig für Venedig und sehr privat. Lage ist eigentlich ganz cool, weil das Apartment im jüdischen Viertel liegt und die Gegend nicht ganz so überlaufen ist.

Das verstopfte Waschbecken und der Garten war nicht wirklich privat, allerdings ist es trotzdem schön draußen zu sitzen. Apartment sehr schwierig zu finden

Large apartment area.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this apartment. ✔️ The only advantage was the large space. ❌ Everything else was in terrible condition: • Most furniture was broken, dirty, or damaged. • The kitchen was falling apart: drawers and panels kept coming off. • The floor was poorly cleaned, dusty corners, dust balls under the bed. • Cockroaches were crawling along the walls. • The laminate flooring was cracked. • The electrical system was dangerously faulty: sockets fell out with cables, and one floor lamp had exposed wires fixed with a paper tissue — a serious fire hazard. • My phone charger block was ruined because of unstable electricity — it kept switching on/off. I was left without a phone for hours. • The terrace looks good in photos, but in reality, it’s unusable: full sun, no privacy, and constant foot traffic from neighbours. 💬 Overall: Very dirty, poorly maintained, and unsafe. I strongly recommend finding a better place for the same price.

Η κουζίνα και το μπαρ πολύ εξυπηρετικά για το μαγείρεμα σε γενικές γραμμές καλά

Δεν μου άρεσε που δεν με ειδοποίησαν όταν πλήρωσα το κατάλυμα οτι το ερκοντισιον δεν λειτουργεί και ότι θα έρθουν να το φτιάξουν ενώ θα είμαστε μέσα ! Το θεωρώ απαράδεκτο που δεν μου είπαν τίποτα αλλά περίμεναν να πληρώσω να φτάσω στο κατάλυμα και μετά να με ενημερώσουν ενώ προσπαθούσαμε να καταλάβουμε γιατί δεν λειτουργεί το ερκοντισιον ενώ οι συγκεκριμένες μέρες που πήγαν είχε 40 βαθμούς ! Επίσης δεν μου άρεσε που έπρεπε να μπει ένας ξένος στο σπίτι ενώ λείπαμε ! Αυτή η δουλειά έπρεπε να είχε γίνει πριν φτάσουμε απ τη στιγμή που είχα κλείσει το δωμάτιο μέρες πριν ! Είναι καλό να ενημερώνουμε όταν υπάρχουν τέτοια προβλήματα και όχι να περιμένουμε να μας πληρώσουμε να πάρουμε τα λεφτά και μετά να πούμε στους πελάτες τι συμβαίνει !
