ヴェネチアの古民家に泊まるという貴重な体験。建物自体は古いながらもとても清潔にされていた。
立地はすごくよく、駅からも徒歩でアクセスでき、とても静かで安全な環境、滅多にないヴェネチアの生の生活に触れられる気がした。運河近くにはレストランも多数あり、とても便利。
オーナーの方とはWhatsAppですぐに連絡が取れ、ホスピタリティあふれる方で、レスポンスがとても早く親切でした。とても助けられました。
古い建物だから仕方ないが、コンセントが少なく、今時は充電が必要なものも多いので、4人部屋だと特に、ベッドサイドなどに足りない気はした。

家族4人での宿泊でしたが、十分過ぎる広さでした。古民家のような落ち着いた雰囲気で装飾も素晴らしかったです。駅から徒歩10分程度と立地も良く、フェリー乗り場も近いため観光場所へもアクセスし易かったです。そして何よりオーナーの方がとても親切。お勧めのレストランの紹介に留まらず予約までしていただけたり、地元を良く知るからこその観光プランを提案いただけました。対応がとても丁寧かつ早かったです。アパートメントですが、チェックアウト後の荷物保管が可能であったことも非常に助かりました。
（昨今の為替状況もあり）価格は決して安いとは言えませんが、それに見合うだけのサービスがありました。

La posizione, in centro ma senza casino, di notte si dorme benissimo.
Pulizia, tutto era perfetto.
Il proprietario della casa, posso solo dire una parola magnifico e molto attento all’ospite, i suoi percorsi sono stati super utili per evitare la ressa dei turisti.
La casa traspira la storia.
Siamo stati veramente molto bene in questa struttura che la consiglio a tutti se volete visitare Venezia, come nel nostro caso con i bambini.

We loved how close it was to the train station and shops/bars. Great communication with the owner . Our welcome gift was a great way to start our stay. The owner gave us tips on where to go with maps. Helped us on our Departure .
