The location is the best, very close to train station and waterboat station, the shuttles/taxi to Airport is also within walking distance. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Venice.

The property was exactly as presented online, and was excellent. The location was perfect for us, the apartment itself very comfortable - good beds, clean and modern bathroom, plenty of hanging space and luggage racks, and we made use of all the facilities. The owners were welcoming and very helpful with wonderful suggestions, most of which we followed.
The only thing I would have wanted is a hand towel each instead of just the one in the bathroom. Also, not a problem for us and I think it is mentioned, but people should be aware that there are some short flights of stairs to get to the apartment on the first floor.

駅から近くて大きめのスーツケースでもさほど歩かずに行くことができました。 内装も綺麗でキッチンは大変素晴らしいものでした。 現地で料理したい人には超おすすめです。 質問にも細かく答えてもらい事前のチャット対応も丁寧で感謝しています。 イタリアには何度か泊まりましたが満足度は一番でした！
