An attractive and comfortable house built in the 17th century in a pleasant and quiet village in a green, scenic area near Lucca.
The house is charming and idyllic, completely renovated in 2012. The house is built in traditional Tuscan building traditions.
The ground floor has a living room with fireplace and a large, well-equipped kitchen.
The 1st. floor has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bed width 140 cm. and a modern bathroom.
The second floor has 2 double bedrooms and a modern bathroom.
Front yard with seating area. Exit from the kitchen to 50 m² terrace. Sun all day.
The pool is 7 x 4 meters, 1.4 meters deep with a spacious terrace in front and next to the pool.
