Light, airy, warm self contained large private upstairs flat of farmhouse, with lounge, dining area & kitchenette. Sleeps 2 in double room with option to sleep 2 on the small double sofa bed in lounge and one on a put up bed (up to age 5)

This Purbeck stone family small holding is within easy access of the coast, heathland and Wareham town and a plethora of eating places. We often have a number piggies and orphan lambs in the spring which our guests love to help feed, the children can spend hours collecting acorns for the pigs who do love acorns just like Eeyore or was it Tigger! T
The guest suite has its own entrance via an outside staircase and has a sitting room, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and bath and double bedroom

There is a comfortable super King bed (which can become a twin) and there can be an option to sleep two more at a small extra cost on the sofa bed, in the sitting room of the suite. We can provide a travel cot, a "put you up" bed and high chair. Please note that children of any age count as one extra person.

The suite is self-contained and we look forward to meeting our guests. We provide the first two mornings breakfast for you to cook at a time that suits you in your kitchenette, this consists of a platter of our very own sausages, bacon and eggs from local hens. There is enough cookware to cook a gourmet meal should you wish, just bring the ingredients. There are some store cupboard basics available and decent supermarkets just in Wareham.

Although we are a small holding and have one dog we do not allow pets, ours or anyone else's in the apartment.

There is so much to do from this base here. For instance, spectacular coastal vistas, heathland walks and oodles of history from the Tank Museum (amongst many museums) to Thomas Hardy to Laurence of Arabia, Monkey World, Swanage Railway. etc Have a look at our guide book which is just a taste of what the area has to offer.
