Very easy to get to from the train station and there is a bus stop opposite the property that has buses to places all over Dorset and the Jurassic Coast

Great location, lovely little courtyard at the back. Very friendly lady behind bar.
Hotel felt tired - needs painting, new carpets and generally upgraded. My bed felt like someone had already slept in it before me. It smelt unclean. There was a coffee/tea stain and a black mark on the duvet and one of the pillow cases was all creased.
