Great location, but can be very noisy at night due to kick boxing & clubs.
No coffee or tea provided, and a clothes dryer would have been great as there is a washing machine available. Small additions like these would really improve the overall guest experience.

The property is in a great location near Namba station, shops and restaurants. It is also big and I appreciated the space to hang clothes to dry and table that was big enough to sit around and have breakfast.
We stayed Friday to Monday and as it is in the middle of it all that also meant the middle of the nightlife. My error in not reading the previous reviews better but it was so loud Fri and Sat nights with clubbing music until 3-4am that me and the teens barely slept. Sunday was a bit better but still noisy. The gym was annoying on Friday but was ok for the rest of the stay. Might be better mid week but I wouldn’t recommend a weekend stay unless u are hitting the clubs also!
