Ive been to several dormitories/hostels in japan and I must say this is one of the best because of the following reasons: complete toiletries are provided for free on a daily basis, capsules are well ventilated with tv and comfy bedding, you can also safety store you big luggage inside the dorm at a certain area because it is spacious, plus you have your own locker for medium bags or personal stuff, lounge/eating area is spacious and peaceful, kitchen has complete amenities for cooking, re-heating, water drinking (both cold and hot) and storing in the fridge, and a big plus for me is that you can leave your luggage after checkout until 3:00 PM. It is strategically located just a few steps from glico man dotonbori area (it is literally in dotonbori area with all the restaurants and transport stations within reach). Everything in this place is just perfect! However, one thing that you need to know that could be an important factor for some travelers is that they don’t have private shower rooms. They have this big onsen (hot bath) area for men and women where you can enjoy a dip after a tiring day, and inside this big public bath room are multiple showers where you can bathe (with shampoo and body wash provided in each shower corner) but it is an open bath room so it might be an issue to some. I was unsure about it at first, but honestly, after giving it a try, it didn’t really bothering, I actually enjoyed it because it is really rare for a cheap dorm or hostel to have an onsen, so i still consider it a win!

I've always wanted to try staying in a capsule hotel. The amenities are superb. Our trip forced us to stay for only a few hrs. I wished i was able to stay properly and immersed in the experience

Functional accommodation , communal hot tub for soaking after a long day, excellent location hence great value for money. But as it is usually quite packed/full house hence space is compromised. Overall, positive!
