    Stayed here because of how convenient the location is. Just like 3-5mins in Dotonbori. But the capsules are like you’re in a prison. I can’t interact with other travellers, small common room, no smoking area. But the place was clean.

    I would recommend to every Solo traveler, this capsule hotel is super clean, tidy, comfortable and feel safe to stay. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I am a person very sensitive in smell and care about the cleanliness the most. And ACRO is more than my expectation. No bad smell at all. You can always see the staff maintain the cleanliness of the hostel. Boys and Girls level are separated, you need to enter the room with access card. You can store the things in the locker by using same access card. So we no need to bring along the bag to anywhere. Even the huge luggage also can put in the rack beside the locker. If you are not require a very quiet environment for sleep, definitely can pick here. Hostel also provide earbugs if you need it. Strategy location to every point as the Namba station in walking distance, like Metro/Kintetsu/JR/Airport Express. Donki and Dotonburi shopping street just in 1-3 mins walk. Can find food right after step out the hostel. I will definitely come back for next solo trip.

    Hats off to the staffs they were fantastic. But the capsule and the pillow as well as the mattress needs to be changed. Its as if you are sleeping on the floor. As for the pillow I can't describe it
