    It is a good hotel. Everything in the room is clean. The staff at training was kind however I don’t think the staff at night shift was kind. BTW, do not expect the breakfast to be good and fancy. The restaurant is small and crowded. I would rather eat outside.

    The double room was tiny, however the staff were happy to upgrade us to a bigger room for an additional AU$15 a day. What this hotel lacks in size, it makes up for in convenience and location! Unbeatable location right near Dotonbori.

    We loved this hotel. Staff are friendly, room was clean and tidy. Lots of facilities including breakfast and welcome drinks. Locker storage and close to marts, tourist hot spots and the station. We will come back here

    There is a karaoke room next door and loud noise from the street all night. Although you have Dotonbori right at your doorstep, I would suggest staying not so close to there so you can sleep at night undisturbed. The pillows on the beds were tissue thin and I had bad neck pain for my entire stay, so I would travel with your own pillow if you stay here. Staff had to be notified if you wanted your room cleaned, which was strange. I also booked during a promotion for free breakfast and this was not advised to me as I checked in, so I never got to enjoy this perk I paid for.
