Pros:
* Excellent location—right in the center of Dotonbori
* Walking distance to major spots like Glico Man, shopping areas, and food places
Cons:
* Difficult to find, especially for first-time visitors
* Ceiling was in poor condition
* Room was dusty and not well-cleaned
* Overall atmosphere felt a bit creepy
* Fire alarm went off randomly without any clear reason
* Ceiling was leaking; we stayed in Room 701 for the first 2 nights, then had to transfer to Room 601 from the 4th to 6th night
Overall:
The place has strong potential because of its location, but it needs serious improvement. Fixing the ceiling issues and maintaining better cleanliness would make a big difference and improve the overall experience.
