Great location, clean and cozy. Some people complained about the noise. Yes, you can hear people and music at night, but what do you expect in the middle of everything? Just use Alex and everything is fine. Short walks, everything is close by. A wonderful place.

A bit noisy, but what do you expect in the middle of everything?

Wir waren hier in Osaka für 2 Nächte. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock des darunter liegenden Theaters und ist nur über Treppen zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem (Mikrowelle, WM, Toaster, etc.) ausgestattet, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Sensation ist die Sicht vom Esstisch vor großer Glasfensterfront auf den Dotonbori River und das abendliche bunte Treiben (insb. die Rundtourboote) dort. Direkt unter der Wohnung ist eine Bar, die relativ lange geöffnet hat. Wer absolut lärmempfindlich ist (wir nicht!!!), für den könnte es schwierig werden. Wir wollten aber direkt ins Geschehen. Das Glico-Sign ist fußläufig ca. 7 Minuten entfernt. Da es sich um Osakas Einkaufs- und Vergnügungsmeile handelt gibt es zahllose (wirklich) Geschäfte (Richtung Norden / Shinsaibashi) oder Lokale und Bars (Richtung Süden / Namba). Metro (Nippombashi) ist zu Fuss ca. 7 Minuten entfernt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Für uns hat alles gepasst.

many staircase up to the apartment, those who have big and heavy luggage is not ideal. Moldy smell on the towel. Toilet and bathroom setup non ideal for 6pax and above.
