We love the location! It’s in the middle of everything. Food, desserts, shopping is just a few steps away. The place was nice and clean. Definitely more space than what you’d get from a hotel.
Since it’s on dotonbury, cars aren’t allowed there so our uber/taxi had to find the closest pick up spot. But definitely a minor inconvenience. I’d stay here again. It’s easy to find since there’s a big star

Spent 6 nights - very convenient, yes there is a bit of noise on the busy nights, as per expected with such a central location.

Great location in the centre of Dōtonbori. I found Nippombashi easier to use than Namba station.
The noise from buskers on the street - especially the beat boxers - and the neighbouring karaoke bar could be a bit much. The hotel provided ear plugs.

The location was nice, right in the center of Dotonbori
The rooms were smaller than we thought and we were traveling with 2 adult children (boy & girl). And both rooms only had one bed and there wasn't enough space for a Futon. So my son had to sleep in the living room. The apartment is on 2nd floor so it's really noisy which we were warned on the listing. And there's a construction going on and apparently, there's no restriction on time of work in Japan as they started work at 4 a.m.
