Comfortable beds, great ac and has everything including fridge, stove, plates, glasses, cups, washing machine with laundry detergent, umbrellas, towels, etc for a wonderful stay. The location was close to the station, dotonburi and Kuromon

Shower blocked up causing water to over flow - drain needed a quick clean. Seemed to be in a bit of a rough area but tolerable

Расположение очень удобное. Рядом станция метро, много кафе, обменники с выгодными курсами валют. Чистота идеальная, все необходимое есть. Вплоть до приятных и нужных мелочей. Место тихое. Ключ сможете забрать в любое время. Следуйте видео инструкции и все получится Служба поддержки все время была на связи в момент заселения. Интересовались нужно ли еще что-то
Нам было удобно. И не составило труда подняться на 4й этаж. Для себя решайте сами.

The place was small but very clean, modern and had great amenities including a washer and small balcony. The toilet was also separate from the shower, which was handy. Best feature is that it is minutes away from Dotonbori and the train stations - easily walkable. Easy communication with the host.
The place has no elevator. It was disclosed on the website but it was way down on the facilities list and our mistake was not reading the whole list. This accessibility feature is our only complaint.
