Very spacious and clean plenty of space for families. Central location.
Hard to find entrance however comprehensive instructions provided. Very steep stairs making it difficult if you have heavy luggage. Noise at night is so loud, a beatboxer continued until 12am. Birds running on the roof wake you up in the morning.

Fantastic location. Clean, everything worked well in the room.
No insulation for steel roof, so was noisy with birds on roof in the morning. The stairs to room also difficult. Beds and pillows not comfortable. But the location is really worth it.

Comfortable beds. For a family of 4 each of us had our own bed. It was spacious for an apartment. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. The location was great. Right in the heart of Dontonbori.
Could have provided more amenities like toothpaste and body lotion and tea and coffee. We were on the third floor and without a lift, carrying luggage up three flights of stairs was hard.
