Nice apartment, clean, spacious, 4 double beds. Bathroom was good, small kitchen but practical. AC worked fine. Good checking instructions and response. Location in pole position on Dotonbori street. If you like action, that’s the place.
Nothing really, maybe only the fact that the closest metro stations are still at 400-500 meters distance, absolutely walkable, but with luggage in summer is uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay. The room is super clean and modern. It is exactly as pictured. It has all the amenities you need. And the location is directly on Dotonbori street which is a very lively area in the middle of all the action. Its proximity to Namba station made it very easy to get to (direct access by train from Kansai airport) and to navigate the city. The owner responds very quickly to any inquiries. Would definitely stay again!
As already commented, it can be a bit noisy due to its location. But in all our stay, there was music late at night on only one occasion. So it was not much of an issue for us.
