Easy check in. I also sent my luggage ahead of my arrival which they happily recieved. Range of complimentary toiletries available on level 3 check in area.

I booked to try the capsule experience for a couple of nights. Understanging this is important. Not good if you want good sleep or a light sleeper as you can hear people rustling at night, entering and exiting out of the dorm, coughing, sneezing etc.

I loved the price. Very good price. Good little space for yourself.

It wasnt very comfortable. It wasnt uncomfortable but it wasnt comfortable either. Lol

Connected to metro station and in very close proximity to Dotombori where there were a lot of food options especially for snacks and supper. Bed were comfortable, worth every cent paid

That there are inconsiderate traveller who makes loud noise after 12am, with their luggage and snoring away. As a person who need to have total silent to enter sleep state, these people are making it hard to me to rest. If they are aware that they do snore, perhaps could have taken the complimentary nasal strip to help them sleep without disturbing others. Where is the 迷惑をかけない spirit? As a fellow traveller, I feel ashamed that these people do not abide by the country's culture.

Central location, premium cabins (not standard capsules)

The receptionist at check in (night time) was unfriendly and rude, which is very uncommon in Japan: it never happened to me again in a 3 weeks trip. Her English was not very good and it was hard to understand her explanations, but she reacted unfriendly when I asked clarifications (while everyone else has always been polite, including other employees of the same hotel). When I didn’t understand where exactly removing shoes was required, she shouted at me instead of politely reminding as any other service personnel I met would have done. On the other hand, she seemed to only be polite with Japanese customers (before/after me) as she was smiling and them and interacting cheerfully. Just to clarify I am only talking about one person as the morning receptionist at checkout was very friendly and professional; it’s so sad that the attitude of one customer facing employee reflects so badly on the impression I got of this hotel.
