S-Dotonbori Hotel Namba

The place was very clean inside, well appointed, and location very convenient. They also provided nice touches like earplugs and patches for tired legs and feet. You must make a trade off for the convenient location though. It’s very busy and there was construction right outside our window on Dontonbori all night the second night and the unit was much smaller than expected. We are a family of four. Our kids are teens. The size of the place is more suitable for a family of four with younger, smaller kids. Lastly, if you are sensitive to smells there is a strange smelling cleaning product used in the elevator and hall way to the units. To be clear, it DID NOT smell weird in the unit.

For the price you won’t find a better location. So close to everything but surprisingly quiet at night. Wish it had a higher couch or a dining room table but that was it.

My niece and nephew did not want to leave this place

Location was good, rooms size were ok, only washer and no dryer. It was raining when we came so it was hard to dry our clothes. And there were cockroaches. One even went in our daughter's backpack and the TSA worker had a scare when he opened her backpack at the airport
