The fully automatic transfer of the code to the apartament (no keys needed). It's pretty spacious comparing to another places where we stopped. About 5-6 min to the nearest subway station. About 20 min from Dotonbory on feet.

The toilet and bathroom facilities were smarter than we are :-) they required some extra translating from our side before we fixed all the issues. Later we paid attention on the QR code guiding us to some instruction showing how to deal with all those facilities, but still it wasn't straightforward.

Apartment 802. Need to pre-register your details the day before to receive digital building access pin & digital access code for your apartment. Clean and tidy apartment with small lift access. Two apartments per floor. 2 x double beds (hard and not comfy) after hours of walking all day. Friends in the apartment below also experienced similar discomfort with their beds. Sliding doors separate a small mostly sunlight loungeroom at the end of the apartment. Small futon style lounge that converts to a small bed. Double wardrobe for hanging clothes / storing suitcases. Effective split system Aircon/heater. Wet room, so no curtain, but enclosed room. Separate toilet. Deep bath but quite short. Hand held shower mixer in the wet room. 2 wall to wall rails for hanging clothes over tub. No bench / counter space in bathroom (resting toiletries on washing machine lid). Small double mirror vanity for storing items. No clothes dryer. Plenty of coat hangers & 1 x octopus hook with pegs for hanging small clothing items.

The 2 x double beds were rock hard and didn’t provide relief at the end of each day. No clothes dryer but not a deal breaker for us
