( Firs time ) June 2024: Great location, beautiful hotel & view, this hotel could easily become 5 stars hotel, good room size, and clean room, grate room service and cleaning with all you might need. Close to most attraction area, near grate restaurant and shopping 2 min walk to nearest underground station (Hommachi station), the only less nice thing I can say is limited buttle of water per day (1 per person) and as well the available instant coffee. Otherwise the front dest service were good and well spoken in English no need of a translation app. Grate hotel for the value.👍🙏 ( Second time) Update July 2026: This was my second stay at Express Hotel (I stayed once in June and again in early July), and overall it was another excellent experience. The hotel has a great location with easy access to shopping and sightseeing. The nearby Red Line makes it convenient to reach places like Umeda, Namba Parks, and other major attractions. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff were always friendly, polite, and eager to help. The rooms were clean, and overall everything met my expectations. I would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The only disappointing experience during this stay involved the self-service laundry. After our wash cycle finished, we went to collect our clothes, but the machine had automatically started another wash cycle. We had plans and couldn't wait, so we asked the front desk what we should do. We were told there was nothing they could do to stop or open the machine, and we were advised to leave the clothes in the machine and pick them up when we returned later. When we came back, the reception contacted us and said our clothes had been removed from the machine. Unfortunately, they were still soaking wet because they had been taken out during the draining process rather than after drying. We had to carry the dripping clothes back to our room, wring them out ourselves, and try to dry them overnight. That was a very frustrating experience, especially because we had followed the instructions given by the staff. We also received inconsistent information about luggage delivery to Narita Airport. Earlier in our stay, we were told that this service was not available. However, when we checked out, a more experienced staff member explained that it actually was possible. It seemed that some of the newer staff members were not yet familiar with all the services the hotel offers. Despite these issues, our overall experience was still very positive. The excellent location, comfortable stay, and exceptional hospitality far outweighed the negatives. I would happily stay here again, but I hope the hotel provides more consistent staff training and clearer guidance regarding the laundry facilities and available guest services.

Totally recommended this hotel. Near train stain and shopping street towards Namba Nice hotel staff hospitality. There is water cooler to refill and laundry room

Enter the hotel via one elevator, and then ride a second to get to your room. Bath/shower room has slight sewer smell.
