    Initially, we didn't receive the Entrance Door Code and Check-in Code from the hotel. We had to send an email to follow up before receiving them, which was the only downside. The room was clean and spacious, larger than hotels in downtown Osaka, and had a washer and drying system, which was very convenient. It was perfect for those who had been exploring the Osaka area for several days and needed to do laundry. Finally, the hotel's location was very convenient, with a wide variety of restaurants and bars nearby.

    We stayed 5 nights as a family with 3 older children in Regal Namba. Check in via zoom I think using an iPad. It’s an apartment with kitchen, microwave, washing, dining table, built in TV, split type heating and cooling, iron and board. Separate Toto toilet. With own shower and bathtub. There are 2 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Maybe 7 minutes walk to Dotonbori and Donqui. 2 minute walk to Family Mart. 5 minutes walk to Namba station. No facial toiletries, only basic toiletries. No daily towel change. There is plenty of hangers. Drying of the clothes is using the vent in the shower where there is a screen on how to operate like the hours and level of heat you want. You dispose your own garbage when you check out. Room soundproofing is good. Over all stay is good.

    wonderful stay. super convenient to Namba station, shinsaibashi, dotonbori. Best spot for eatery and shopping. Room facility is great. Washing and drying clothes is so much easy. Host is so helpful and instant reply. We had a wonderful stay. Worth it

    Spacious, clean room. Had washing machine - big plus. No keys. All PIN codes. Loved that. Close to Dotonbori and all the action. Highly recommend.
