The location was great if you want a quite place to stay but still close enough to walk to were the action is. Very safe. With a coffee shop downstairs made it easy to grab on the way out in the morning time. The property was clean with all required amenities.

The check-in team were very helpful, particularly in arranging transport to the airport for our large group.
Clothes dryer did not work. There was no iron in the room. Upon request, only one iron was available between two rooms.

The location was excellent, just a 15 minute walk from Dotonbori. The bed was too soft for me, but the staff quickly brought us extra bedding so we could make up the futon. The apartment was extremely clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Osaka.

Location was great and bathroom was good.
Bed was small and squashed against the wall.
