    Place was clean. Aircondition was cold. Staff was very prompt in answering questions. Close to train station. Close to dotonburi river.

    We had issues checking in as when I initially booked I.had forgotten to send my passport details which resulted in not receiving a code to access the building. However once I emailed them when I arrived they were very quick to response and everything turned out ok. The room was for a family of 5, two double beds and a sofa bed. It was spacious for Japan standard, very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and cafes, close to 3 train stations and convenience stores, Dotonbori is a short 10-15 mins away as well as the market. I highly recommended this property.

    Its the worst experience for my stay at Forestay in Shinsaibashi. The toilet is so smelly, no exhaust fan and ventilations. The room is not clean and the heater is not heating properly. It not worth the money
