Кухня прекрасно оборудована, есть посудомоечная машина и даже раклетница! Кофемашина системы Nespresso и несколько капсул, пакетики с чаем. Вся необходимая посуда. Мы не готовили, только пили кофе. Чистая постель, матрас и подушки довольно комфортные. До центра 10 минут пешком, рядом есть магазины. Есть стиральная машина и сушилка для белья, даже пара капсул для стирки. Над столом на стене есть рекомендации о ресторанах и локациях города. Благодарность за то, что нас поселили на 2 часа раньше.

Апартаменты находятся на 4 этаже без лифта с узкой винтовой лестницей, об этом мы узнали только после бронирования (со 100%оплатой без возможности отменны). У нас были небольшие кабинные чемоданы и мы справились, но с большим багажом будет сложно. Все полотенца необходимо сменить, они пахнут грязной тряпкой.

The staircase was not welcoming at all, could use some fresh paint. The entrance key holder was locked to a window grate very close to the ground, it was not very easy to access it and enter the code when it was already dark outside.

Appartamento molto pulito e funzionale situato al terzo piano, senza ascensore, si raggiunge da una stretta scala ad elica in legno, molto tranquillo, ad 1 km e mezzo dalla stazione dei treni e a 900 metri dalla petit france.Per accedere, si ricevono al momento del ceck-in sul.telefono i codici per una safe box collocata in una grata in basso al lato del portone, ed una all'ingresso dell'appartamento, in cucina vi è tutto il necessario, macchina del caffè tostapane ed un piastra ad induzione portatile.Vi erano 4 cialde per il caffè, zucchero ed alcune spezie.Letyo comodo e bagno funzionale Si nostra richiesta ci hanno gentilmente anticipato l'ingresso di mezz'ora rispetto all'orario consentito, anche perché pioveva molto al nostro arrivo.

Durante il soggiorno si è attivato due volte l'allarme antifumo senza alcun motivo, la prima volta nel pomeriggio in nostra assenza, mi hanno telefonato per avvisarmi, eravamo a Colmar, e la seconda volta alle 5 del mattino, svegliandoci di soprassalto. Il primo giorno ho comunicato via chat che il telecomando della TV non funzionava, e il terzo giorno che la macchina del caffè non erogava più regolarmente il caffè che si versava nella vaschetta di raccolta. Non è venuto nessuno a verificare il problema.

It is fairly close to old town and we were able to get parking nearby. We appreciated the thought put into the small details, like having a washing machine in the apartment and providing laundry tabs.

We found the property owners were slow with communication and information. We’d asked for confirmation of check-in time which we didn’t get. The promised pdf info pack arrived late, initially we couldn’t open it, it was in French (with pictures) and was difficult to translate. We also had an unfortunate experience trying to get into the property, as the key was missing. It took nearly two hours to resolve the situation which was frustrating. Worth noting that the apartment is up a fairly steep winding staircase. It wasn’t a problem as we had small bags, but it would be challenging with a large, heavy suitcase.
