The apartment exceeded our expectations. As a group of four, we found it very spacious with two large bedrooms, a generous living room, and an open kitchen. Although the building itself is relatively old, the interior of the apartment is modern and cozy. The sofas in the living room are quite large and can accommodate two additional people if needed. The location is excellent, just a 10-15 minute walk to the old town and the Petite France area. While previous reviews mentioned the stairs, it’s true there’s no elevator, and the climb to the fourth floor can be challenging, but it’s manageable. Previous reviews also noted the absence of curtains, but during our stay in the first week of December, this wasn’t an issue as most mornings were cloudy and dark. The heating system worked exceptionally well, keeping the apartment very warm and comfortable.

The kitchen was adequately stocked with plates, forks, glasses, and other essentials for 4-5 people. However, it had only two pans and two small pots, which made it difficult to boil enough water for pasta for a group of four. Adding larger pots and extra pans would significantly improve the kitchen's functionality.

Spacious, comfy and bright apartment close to Strasbourg main station.

Very spacious and bright, comfy beds and sofas, well-equipped kitchen. Close to the main train station. Walking distance (15 minutes) from the centre and the Cathedral.

The streets in the neighbourhood of the apartment were not super easy to navigate so it can be a bit confusing to find in the beginning. It's on the fourth floor with no lift (a luxury problem in my case, but if you've lots of heavy luggage just be prepared). No other issues, it was overall very nice and convenient.

2 minor points, in case that would help others: - the apartment is on the 4th floor, with narrow staircase and no lift - good to know if with big/heavy luggage - the apartment was really cold when we arrived (2nd April) - although the owner clearly stated we could reach her to get to know how to put heater on once there, it would be nice to have a sort of timer on your system to heat a bit just before your guests' arrival ;-)

Apartment is within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and the cute downtown area full of life. Can’t wait to come back!

We were unprepared for the apt to be on the top floor of a five story building, but it’s a quaint old building and we didn’t mind the steps!

Position excellent, beautiful apartment and very comfortable beds.

The house was full of water stone marks, it was clean but it looked dirty. Again It was clean but not spotless, especially in this after Corona period I would expect more detailed cleaning service. Anyway thank you for everything, it was a beautiful experience.

L'appartement était très bien situé, propre, bien décoré, confortable et bien chauffé.

Il faut monter beaucoup d'étage sans ascenseur, les couloirs et entre sont vétuste, on entend les trains passer. Il n'y a que des parkings payant dans la rue et c'est très cher

Appartamento ampio e ristrutturato dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici e buona posizione .

Assenza di ascensore,cuscini sottili scomodissimi,e 5 posto letto in cucina per niente idoneo a dormire per fortuna c era un ampio divano.Parcheggio sotto casa dalle 9 alle 19 molto costoso .si consiglia parcheggio vicino al centro commerciale a poche centinaia di metri.

Het was best een gezellige appertementje

Het huis was heel schoon de eigenaar was heel aardig en respectvol we hebben heel goed geslapen en het is een perfecte plek voor het gezin !

Ze hadden niet gezegd dat je borg moet betalen met creditcard dat kan niet met een normalen pinpas wij hebben geen creditcard en de trappen waren heel veel en best moeilijk omdat het donker was !!

Anfitriã sem empatia, sem boa vontade e grosseira. Prédio velho, sujo e decadente. O apartamento fica no último andar, sendo o 5. Andar, quase impossível subir com bagagens. Não conseguimos abrir a porta do apartamento e precisamos procurar outro local para dormir! Perdemos o dinheiro além de ter que fazer um depósito antes de pegar as chaves, informação que não é clara quando se reserva. Não recomendo pra ninguém!!

No vayan aquí!!!

La ubicación. Y era grande, pero no volvería. En el comentario dejo todo aclarado lo que nos sucedió aquí.

Realmente pasamos muy mal , nos mandaron un link de pago de un deposito de 300 euros, el mismo día de la entrada al departamento y sobre las 15 hs.!! Esto era independiente de Booking.com. El link no funcionaba, lo intentamos desde 4 celulares diferentes. Se hizo la noche, casi 21 hs cuando logramos pagar el deposito. Y casualmente esto sucedió luego de que mandaramos un reclamo a Booking.com. Un horror, jamás nos había pasado algo así. Teniamos 2 numeros de WhatsApp de ellos pero nos contestaban sin ninguna identificación, de manera totalmente despersonalizada, que si no pagábamos el deposito no entrábamos al departamento. Aclaro que ya estaba totalmente abonado a través de Booking.com todo el alojamiento. En un determinado momento, uno de los que contestaban un número de WhatsApp, nos dijo que llamaramos al otro número y simplemente no nos contestó nunca más. Nosotros, 4 personas con todas nuestras maletas en la calle, de noche, intentando llamar al 2do número de celular, que por supuesto nunca contesto tampoco. Al final, como dije antes, luego de reclamar en Booking.com, milagrosamente, el link de pago funcionó. Pudimos abonar el deposito y así nos enviaron un código para abrir la puerta. Todo esto, duro aproximadamente 6 horas. Una locura. Ellos no tenía ningún problema en dejarnos en la calle a toda una familia. Luego, cuando por fin entramos al edificio nos encontramos con una entrada apestosa, con tachos de basura adentro, 4 pisos por escalera destruida, que parecía que se iba a desmoronar, una mugre todo el edificio. Adentro el departamento estaba muy bien amoblado, pero, había ropa aun mojada, supongo del inquilino anterior, dentro del lavarropas. Las sabanas y colchas de las camas daban lastima, viejas y arrugadas. Y el sillón cama que decía tener , no era tal. Allí nadie podría dormir. Nos acomodamos mi hija y yo en 1 cama y mi marido y mi hijo en la otra.

Apesar de ser um predio antigo, o apartamento foi renovado recentemente, entao dentro tudo é muito novo e de boa qualidade. Havia capsulas de cafe e chocolate quente. Bom isolamento acustico, pois e perto da estacao de trem e nao da para ouvi-los.

Nao havia cortinas no apartamento, entao estava muito claro o tempo inteiro. Na descricao consta que tem estacionamento, porem nao é verdade. Ha vagas de estacionamento rotativo publico em frente ao predio, porem o limite sao de 3h. Ha tambem a opcao de estacionar no shopping que fica ha 5 minutos caminhando.

Veramente bellissima vicino al centro e anche vicino a un parcheggio. Veramente la cassa bellissima e anche molto pulita veramente niente da dire a ritornare sicuramente.

È stato il mio errore non avevo letto che uno deve lasciare una garanzia di 350 € e questo è stato un problema per me perché non mi funzionava il pagamento perché carta di credito e ho dovuto trovare un’altra carta di credito. Penso che questo è importantissimo di mettere in evidenzia Per non avere le stesso problema. Sono stata con mia mamma che ha difficoltà a montare le scale e un quarto piano senza ascensore anche questo sicuramente non l’ho letto io prima perché ho fatto molto in fretta la prenotazione.

Appartement spacieux, très calme, très bien équipé et propre. La literie est bonne. Idéal pour un séjour de qqls jours. Très bien situé, tout près du centre ville. Nous avons vraiment apprécié.
