The location is pretty good, size of the flat is okay as well. The heating was not on when I arrived, but it warmed up pretty quickly. Price wise it is on the cheaper side for Strasbourg, but it was a bit dirty.
It was not as clean as I would have liked. The towels were washed, but there still was someone's hair on both of the towels that were in the apartment. The towels were also VERY hard as someone already mentioned. Some of the shelves were super dusty. The entrance is a bit weird at first if you arrive at night, but nothing terrible. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke all the time.

Location is amazing. We walked from train station to the apartment and from apartment to all the major sites without needing to spend on public transport. Clean room and easy to check in and out.
We arrived at night and the gate where you enter was very dark and it made us nervous at first. But it was no big deal

Excellent, quiet location very near to a commercial centre and all the amenities of Strasbourg. We walked everywhere. Baptiste responded quickly and helpfully to any enquiries. Complimentary tea coffee. Informative welcome brochure. Comfortable, well-planned small apartment. Excellent contact, information before arrival and flexibility in terms of entrance time to apartment.
A better fan would have been appreciated.
