Very quiet. Close to station and Petite France area. Small supermarket across road. Jug, toaster, microwave, hot plate and washing machine. There was a heated towel rail in bathroom that was used to dry clothes. Bed was comfortable. The apartment key was easily accessed via a key lock.
Access to the property required a phone call but our sim was data only. There was no response from the property about other options. We asked a passerby to make the call for us. The TV had no English channels.

Large room with ample wardrobe facilities. There were a sofa, dining table and a kitchenette, which we didn't use. It's a nice touch to offer free drinks in the fridge. The host was extremely nice in allowing us early access to the room, so we could store our luggage 11am in the morning, before starting our sightseeing in the city. There are also nice cafes in the neighbourhood.
The entrance hallway and courtyard to the room didn't feel very safe, and the entrance door made a lot of noise when opened. The lack of AC also made a hot summer night slightly unpleasant. And I personally didn't like the fragrant that's being set up in the room, so I had to hide the apparatus in a cupboard.
