A lovely apartment once inside

The property was well appointed and very comfortable. Emilie was very helpful and the apartment was decorated beautifully for Christmas. We really appreciated the gifts and treats.

The location was handy being close to the train station, but this was also its downfall. We felt a little unsafe entering and exiting the apartment, especially late at night, after visiting Christmas markets. The corridors and stairs were run down and not a great arrival to the apartment.

When 1st arrived and walking to the apartment I thought oh no... BUT.. The apartment is beautiful with everything you need .. for children books, games cot highchair etc. Kitchen v well equipped . Comfortable beds. Easy check in.. host was very easy to contact before arrival... would defo come back

It was up 97 stairs. This should have been made clear on the booking website. We were a party with 2 seventy year olds and 2 sixty year olds. This should be clear on the site to say it is difficult to access and should only be for young or very fit people

Incredible host and flat, except the mouse

Great location. Very well furnished. Great host.

There was a mouse in the house. Tried catching it but couldn’t. The entry door has a small gap underneath and location of the flat is in a run down building. The flat inside is great though.

It was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was clean and Emilie left so many treats for the children they were very happy.

It is a little distance from the old town but we got used to the journey and the best way to walk.

Apartment excellent close to the centre but not in a good area.

Modern, well equipped spacious apartment

Proximity to the centre was good but the apartment in front of the train tracks so it is not possible to open the windows. It was in the back of an old worn courtyard up four flights of terrible stairs.

gorgeous apartment, but not as nice once you step out the door

as everyone has said, the apartment itself is gorgeous! Luxuries like a heated towel rail and dishwasher, all clean and like new. Great to have the toilet separate. Lots of little touches, including games and books. And some pretzels and lollies waiting for us : ) No problem checking in with the codes but make sure you go up the correct stairs as per the host's instructions! Not the ones at the front of the building. Easy to walk to the beautiful old town

Many reviews have mentioned the stairs and they do feel a bit iffy but I guess they're safe : ) To be honest we didn't love the neighbourhood. There were plenty of people about so I'm sure it was fine, but my wife and daughter didn't really like going out at night by themselves (something they hadn't felt in our other accommodations). There were a group of men hanging out playing music and drinking on the street across the road for a long time. Hopefully this was not a common occurrence. Apologies to the host but for people concerned about such things I thought I would mention it.

Nice apartment

Really nice apartment, near train station , comfortable and with everything you might need. A bit noisy at night because of the proximity to the train station , with windows close is fine. Owners are so nice and responsive to anything you might need.

Fantastic flat

Great flat with plenty of space, nice shower and so many lovely extra touches!! The owner had carefully laid out carambars (yummy sweets) for our arrival. The fridge and cupboards were full of individually packed essentials (milk, juices, butter, jam, hot chocolate powder, etc). There was an excellent coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods. There is also a Nintendo Switch with games available which was much appreciated by our boys on a rainy evening!

4th floor with no lift... Best to travel light!

Exceptional

The apartment is so lovely! It is made with love, very comfortable and you feel welcome. Just to mention the great coffee machine and little stuff like games and books, which gave it a living charcter and a also a video console which was very funny to play. We stayed as a family of five for the weekend and just loved it. There are two bedrooms and a couch for sleeping in the living room. The apartment is in the 4rd floor and the house a bit old but it didnt really bother us. The apartment was just great and very modern. It is also very near to the central city and the Parking area was exactly next to the apartment. If you want a late night snack there are some little shops around. Absolutetly recommend!

Very nice apartment, new, clean, fully equiped. The apartment is next to the train station, there is big parking near. We spend great time and recommend the apartment.

The area around the apartment is a bit tricky, but it is normal, around every train station there are strange people. We didn't have problems.

Beautiful and new apartment, very clean and super close to the center of the city.

The apartment was very comfortable, had everything that we needed and was super close to the center of the city. Emilie prepared the apartment with some warmly welcoming chocolates and was always available to help us when needed.

As we were traveling in 4 people and 1 baby, we had many luggage. We were not aware that the apartment was on the 4th floor, it took some time until we were able to bring our luggage to the apartment.

Very cute and cozy apartment, I wish we could stay there for more nights

The appartment was absolutely adorable. Everything looked new and clean, it was well equiped, there were nice amenities in kitchen, bed was comfortable and its walking distance from the train station. And there was a christmas tree! 🥰

Instalações muito novinhas e confortáveis. Cozinha bem equipada.

Entrada de difícil acesso por conta das escadas sem manutenção, um pouco “bambas”, são 4 andares com escadas bem apertadas, não indico para quem tem dificuldade ou pessoas mais velhas. Nós vimos isso nos comentários anteriores mas achamos um bom custo-beneficio, e realmente. Tirando isso, muito bom.

Super Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie ist gut ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Tv mit Netflix, YouTube ect.

4 Stockwerke hochzulaufen war anstrengend aber dass wussten wir ja im Vorhinein, deswegen stellt man sich darauf ein. Wir waren ja nur 1 Nacht da, dann gings sowieso.

El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para un grupo de 5-6 personas o para una familia. Esta muy bien decorado y equipado.

El alojamiento es perfecto, lo único incomodo es el acceso. Hay que subir 4 pisos de escaleras muy empinadas que pueden llegar a dar cierta sensación de inseguridad.

C'était propre, c'était bien agencé, bien équipé et situé près du centre.

Le bruit de pas venant de l' appartement au dessus alors que le logement était vendu comme étant au dernier étage, la connexion internet plutot moyen et on on avait rien pour recharger la telecommande de la télé qui était presque vide et le fait que l' immeuble partagé son entrée avec un autre et qu' on est retrouvé un S.D.F. a l' entrée, sinon ça allé.

Séjour au top au coeur de Strasbourg

Le Carpe Diem se mérite, au depart les 4 étages un peu "bancal" peuvent faire peur mais franchement l'appartement est exceptionnel. La décoration est soignée et harmonieuse, tout est fait pour que le locataire soit coconner. Tout est propre, bien pensé et tout est mis en place pour n'avoir a se soucier de rien. Il y a même des petites attentions qui vous attendent... Encore merci beaucoup!

Appartement très propre, joli et fonctionnel. Tout confort.

Accès perturbant! Ce logement parfaitement rénové est au 4ème étage d'un immeuble désaffecté! Escaliers branlants, penchant sous le poids des ans. Cage d'escaliers glauque à souhait, cachée derrière une première cage d'escaliers et une arrière-cour... il faut être motivé!

Soggiorno breve ma davvero bello la casa era spaziosa , accogliente dotata di una macchina del caffè eccellente, l’host super gentile e disponibile

Alcune zone della casa non erano molto pulite come ad esempio il frigo poco pulito e dove c’era uno yogurt forse lasciato da chi ha soggiornato prima? Ma ho cenato fuori quindi alla fine la cucina non mi è servita ☺️
