2 night stay - needs a bit more love but OK

This is an appartement in a great location where you also have ease of access for your car. You receive facilities such as a sauna and a jacuzzi. The living room, jacuzzi, sauna and bathroom are nicely done. Everything was also clean when arriving. Person behind the phone was very helpful and flexible for hours and guiding you through the doors and giving instructions (in English, a bit rare in France!). With all negative points mentioned, I still want to say that it was a nice time, all these points just demonstrate it's a nice place with alot in promise but could use a bit more love. For the regular price of 300e a night, these should be taken care of better.

Out of date coffee. Small double beds/not most comfortable either. (Also not that bad, 6/10) No nightstands in one room Electricity plugs are rare Remote control only had 1 battery instead of 2 necessary to use the main television, we switched a battery from the freebox remote to the other remote and so forth. 2 broken chairs Smelly near the bathroom (uncomfortable smell) The rooms could have some instructions for customers regarding the jacuzzi or sauna for ease of use, instead of finding it out yourself how everything works. A Google maps link with coordinates or more pictures with arrows would be alot clearer and professional for communicating the parking space/gate, very unclear now/we walked through the street with the key remote to find out which gate responds. Terrace could use a bit of care. Wifi was not stable, and also not available in all the appartement. Kitchen supplies are quite limited. Given the price of the room, maybe include Netflix or some streaming service? Not entirely a negative point but common in this price range and would be a great asset with the Jacuzzi.

Spacious and clean apartment at downtown Strasbourg, but SPA and parking could be better.

Conveniently located about 15 minutes walk from the historic center, this is a spacious apartment with a good coffee machine and a very large TV. It was surprisingly quiet at night, considering the property's location next to a tram stop and very close to the railway.

The SPA tub that is advertised as one of the apartment's main attractions isn't great. The water sparkle turns on automatically every twenty minutes or so and then just for less than one minute, which means that on the average one is spending a lot of time just sitting there and waiting. We were unable to find a way to reprogram it, because the remote control did not appear to be working. Also, although the apartment has a parking space, we were not allowed to use it after the check-out time and had to look for paid parking near the old town, which was very costly (EUR35 for less than five hours).

Very spacious apartment in a quiet location. Spa and sauna were a nice thing to have as we have been travelling for 10 weeks now. Host was great and was super helpful and great with communication.

There is a stale stagnant smell from the shower room which is a slight disappointment

Plutôt pas mal mais quelques points à revoir sinon pas mal

L’appartement est bien situé, un parking privé à disposition, la décoration est bien, le jacuzzi était déjà chauffé à notre arrivée . Bonne communication avec le propriétaire Théo qui est très accueillant et très sympathique.

Je rejoins les autres commentaires de l’odeur dans la salle de bain. Ne surtout pas oublié d’ouvrir le portail avant de laisser les clés car vous serez bloqué à la sortie malgré le message du propriétaire nous avons oublié d’ouvrir le portail.. Nous avons fait des petits courses avant notre arrivée mais nous avons oublié l’eau, une bouteille d’eau dans le frigo ne serait pas si mal. Je comprends les efforts des propriétaires mais malheureusement nous avons dû quitter le logement à 4h00 du matin car il faisait trop froid, ils ont mis des radiateurs électriques chauffant mais cela ne suffit pas malheureusement il aurait fallu peut être déjà les allumer avant notre arrivée .

Catastrophique et décevant

Le logement était irrespirable, saturé d’une odeur d’égout insoutenable ; le spa n’était qu’un cache-misère dissimulé par la javel, et le propriétaire Tho désagréable, a rendu le séjour franchement catastrophique

Appartement au calme près du Strasbourg historique

La localisation et les chambres étaient top. Le spa et le sauna un grand plus.

Une odeur d'égout assez désagréable. Le manque de vaisselle : passoire, bols et verres à vin. Attention aux chaises dont les pieds s'écartent quand on s'assoit... Problème de connexion des 2 téléviseurs

Top Lage, direkt an der Tram Station. Super schöne Einrichtung, richtig schöner Jacuzzi mit Flachbild TV. Auch die Sauna war super, zwar klein, aber echt praktisch, dass beides in der Wohnung integriert war. Schöner Balkon/Terrasse. Auch ein netter Mann, der uns aus der Ferne die Tür zur Wohnung geöffnet hat. Er war sehr hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Einziges Manko: es gibt nur einen Parkplatz für diese Unterkunft. Man muss also bei einem P&R Parkplatz weiter weg parken. Ich finde das sollte auch in der Annonce explizit stehen. Ansonsten top 👍

Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Die Betten und das Sofa waren bequem. Highlight ganz klar Sauna und Whirlpool.

die Betten sind 140 breit es geht für ein zwei Nächte :)
