Buen apartamento en una ubicación perfecta. Menaje de cocina correcto. Parking en la misma finca (aunque hay que vigilar porque es pequeño y bajo, no caben todos los coches). Lo mejor la ubicación y la iluminación del apartamento (ventanales en comedor y habitación grandes). Tiene ascensor.
Detalles algo descuidados (telearañas en esquinas, humedades en la habitación, cables sueltos...). Es una finca antigua que se nota que han reformado algo pero el baño le faltaría reforma.

Die Lage war sehr zentral auch für Straßenbahn und zu Fuß..Das Auto hat einen festen Platz in der Tiefgarage im Haus.
Das Schlafzimmer könnte mal die Decke renoviert werden.Leider lief die Dusche nur schlecht ab.

Gastos de limpieza muy elevados Entrada muy tardía a las 4pm y salida muy temprana 10am. Garaje pequeño y limitado a 1.80mts
