Excellent location

The location was brilliant. 15minutes walk from the station. You can easily walk everywhere you need eg the cathedral, petite France and markets under 15minutes from the flat. Very clear instructions and pictures of how to enter the flat. Communication with staff was excellent. Everything you need is in the flat (except hair dryer). A large flat: a double bed and bunk beds in one room, a sofa bed in living room and it was clean.

Unfortunately the wiring in the flat was scary. 3 of the sockets were hanging out of the wall with lots of plugs attached. One had a box under it holding it up! We reported these and they said they were reporting it to maintenance immediately. Lots of loose wires hanging from the TV. So not suitable for children until fixed. We couldn't get the TV to work, but we had so much to do we didn't watch tv, so not a problem for us. I will say property did not meet expectations, but that's purely because of the wiring. If that's fixed then it's brilliant.

1. Serious Security and Privacy Breach - stranger freely walked in to the apartment !!! 2. Faulty Facilities and Lack of Maintenance - The toilet flush was defective and water ran continuously. 3. Mold, Fungus on the walls next to children bunk-beds - and overall Hygiene Concerns 4. Electrical Safety Hazard -The wall socket and plug for the internet router, including live cables, were protruding from the wall. 5. Plumbing and Cleanliness Issues- The shower and sink drains were clogged and drained very slowly. 6. Failure of Duty of Care and Unsatisfactory Host Response

Location

The apartment needs serious care. All the outlet are exposed which is very dangerous. The shower curtain is filthy and the towers have uncomfortable smell. You will not have any hand soap or shower gel as you will in any other accommodation. When we arrived, there was a leak in the bathroom. It took a lot to communicate because it has to be through message system on Booking app. I don’t recommend it.

General our accomondation is very typical and uneventful. The house needs renovation and sampoo

The location

The flush tank has problem and the water dont stop. There is not shampoo and shower gel and hand wash. We arrive late and we havent something to make shower. The owner isnt helpful. The wires from the sockets were not exposed and that is dangerous for children

Definitely recommend it!!

Located almost in the HEART of the old town of Strasbourg (5 minutes walk from the Notre dame) , the apartment is a great base for exploring the historical centre of the city, which clearly needs 3 days. Also, the apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures!! It's warm and comfy and also it features a fully equiped kitchen, A GARAGE which is a must if u want to visit the Alsace region (which should be in everybody's travel list) and 4 comfortable beds, making it the best option for a group of 3 or 4 friends!! As it comes to price, i consider it more than a value for money choice. All in all, i have no hesitation to recommend it and would give it a 10STAR rating if it had a couple more things.

Although the apartment (and of course Strasbourg) promotes sustainable tourism, it didn't have shampoo in the bathroom, kitchen paper and sufficient coffee/tea for 3 people for 3 days. These are not amenities, but necessities and also priceless, so in my opinion they should be available in every apartment. That's the ONLY reason i gave minus 1 point. Don't miss Ribeauville, Colmar, Eguisheim it's a fault!!

Location and comfort in a cost-effective way

It was exactly as it was depicted. I like light a lot, so, the wide windows were great. The bed was comfortable. I didn't have any family or guests with me but I could've easily hosted a dinner, it was that spacious. The location is indeed priceless if you're there for business purposes since it is very close to public transport hubs and the central station. The instructions were crystal clear and easy to follow. The host was very responsive and friendly.

The elevator did not work throughout my stay and the apartment is on the 5th floor. My back is still aching because of carrying all the heavy bags by myself.

Disappointing

Good Location.

Terrible experience. Terrible neighbors. One of the neighbors knocked on the door wildly several times in the middle of the night and threatened us to call the police because our little boy woked up and cryed for 5 minutes. A small and very old apartment that is not equipped at all (no oven, refrigerator that does not work properly, kitchen that is not properly equipped). There is absolutely no value for the expensive price. Pay attention that the parking is only for cars under the height of 180 cm. If you'rs car higher you will be needed to find parking somewhere else. I'm not recommend at all.

Die zentrale Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr dreckig, der Duschvorhang ist extremst schmutzig, die Kissen, und der Matratzenschutz sind sehr schmutzig, noch von unseren Vorgängern, wurden nicht getauscht. Der Fußboden wurde nicht gründlich gereinigt…. Die Probleme wurden dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, der interessierte sich jedoch nicht wirklich für unsere Probleme. Wurde mit Standarts vertröstet

La posizione eccellente, a pochi metri dalla cattedrale, il parcheggio all'interno dell'edificio, le istruzioni di accesso dettagliatissime e perfette, gli spazi della casa, la completezza dell'equipaggiamento della cucina, la gentilezza e responsività del proprietario/property manager

La casa non era pulita, c'era polvere sui comodini, i vari tappeti presenti nell'appartamento erano sporchi, così come la tenda della doccia. Alcune prese elettriche erano fuori dal muro e rappresentavano un potenziale pericolo. Non c'era alcun prodotto da bagno, che in questi appartamenti in genere viene fornito, tanto più che è stato fornito il detersivo per i piatti.

Tout parfait sauf le canapé lit

La localisation est parfait pour visiter la ville. Les explications pour l accès à la résidence et à l appartement sont claires. Hormis le canapé lit, le reste de l appartement était très bien.

Nous étions 6 et le canapé lit n était pas prêt pour le couchage: les draps n'ont pas été mis en évidence. La couette et les oreillers n étaient pas prêts pour leur utilisation. Le canapé est très désagréable pour le couchage et la zone de stockage pour la couette et oreillers était poussiéreuse.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment mit super Anbindung zur Innenstadt.

Ein sehr helles und schön gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment mit Aufzug. Es liegt sehr nah an der Innenstadt, in weniger als 5 Minuten ist man mitten drin. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Spülmaschine. Es gibt auch einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, somit kann man gut mit dem Auto anreisen. :)

Leider gab es kein Geschirrhandtuch, das ist das einzige, das wir vermisst hatten. :)

Es war sehr sauber, alles da was man so braucht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alles war fußläufig zu erreichen.

Апартаменты могли бы быть отличными, так как находятся в тихом квартале, в 2 минутах ходьбы до набережной и в 5-10 минутах ходьбы до старого города и практически всех достопремичательностей -Старый город -Страсбургский собор -Barrage Vauban -Horloge Astronomique -La Petite France и тд. в 30 минутах ходьбы или 10 мин на трамвае до Европейского парламента В 10 минутах ходьбы есть супермаркет Auchan Supermarché Есть парковочное место в подземном гараже На этом хорошее заканчивается.

Дальше только негативное. 1. парковочное место в гараже есть, НО высота 180 см. Наша машина не проходит по высое. Парковка рядом на улице стоит 35 евро в день. Мы нашли парковку в 15 минутах ходьбы за 28 евро в сутки. За двое суток мы заплатили + 56 евро за парковку, хотя мы бронировали апартаменты с парковкой. При обращении к хозяевам апартаментов на счет парковки, нам ответили " мы привыкли что клиенты сами узнают на счет парковки, если у них нестандарная машина." мы ообщили хозяевам "что мы привыкли что стандартная высота парковки во франции 190 см, и наша машина проходит по высоте " хозяевам апартаментов на счет парковки, нам ответили " спасибо за вашу информацию, мы учтем это " После нашего вопроса о компенсации стоимости парковки, хозяева перестали отвечать на наши зонки. 2. Чисто в апартаментах отвратительная, когда мы заехали на полу была грязь, пыль и крошки от еды. 3. Розетки в апартаментах вырваны из стен, ( такое впечвтление что специально, что бы гости ничего не включали, так как это опасно. 4. Слив раковины в душе, и слив душевой кабины засорены. Приходится мытся и следить за водой, чтобы вода не текла на пол. Учитывая завышенную стоимость апартаментов, плохое отношение хозяев к клиентам, не рекомендуем эти апартаменты ни кому.

Appartement bien situé.

Bel appartement, conforme aux photos. Le parking est un plus indéniable. Bien situé tout près du centre et de tout. Sécurisé et calme. Je recommande.

La tv ne fonctionnait qu' une fois sur 4 ou pas du tout malgré le suivi des indications données. Il y a un suivi des éventuels problèmes via la plate-forme booking mais pas en direct. Donc compliqué d'interagir directement. Comme les réponses ne viennent pas forcément rapidement et qu'on est souvent à l extérieur pour visiter, le problème n'a finalement pas été solutionné.

Gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Lage ist optimal, sehr zentral. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, Bad und WC völlig in Ordnung. Die Anweisungen zum Checkin und out sehr genau und hilfreich.

Leider war der Aufzug defekt (5. Etage), es sind ein paar kleine Reparaturen und Reinigungen notwendig, aber noch völlig akzeptabel. Die Küche hat eine Spülmaschine jedoch gibt es keine Tabs.
