There are quite a few stairs, but we knew that going in. The parking spot location isn’t at the apartment and it was tricky having to retrieve the key first from the concierge desk at the city center.

Such a second class experience for 1.684 Euros.

Location was perfect. Apartment itself was tidy and clean.

I was about to book a nice five star hotel (two rooms for 4 of us) Then I thought a litte more space could be nice and found this apartment for the same price as two rooms in a five star hotel. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. In order to get into the apartment we had to climb 5 floors. I had to carry all the luggages by myself and my aunt and my mom (both have knee injuries) had such difficulties with the stairs. Unfortunately we found out about it just one day before the arrival. Therefore it was impossible to cancel the booking. In addition, I had to walk 15. Minutes away to get the keys to the apartment and take them back to the same place while checking out. For this price, I’ve at least expected someone to bring the keys. Although we were told that there would be coffee and tea, there was only three coffee capsules (one broken) and an empty (seriously!!) tea box. If you are ready to give more than 1.600 Euro for two nights, do yourself a favor and book a nice five star hotel. This place is really overpriced.

Excellent location for visiting Christmas Markets, but key collection very inconvenient.

Excellent location, charming attic apartment, clean and well maintained.

The key collection and drop off was extremely inconvenient. The lockers are located far from the apartment and during Christmas Market period inaccessible by car. We had to leave our car with luggage in a closest paid parking and walk to the city center and back (15min one way). Not ideal when traveling with small kids. Car parking is also not next to the apartment and not convenient when traveling with luggage. We were aware there are stairs and no elevator, but were only informed about key collection and the location of the car park 1 day prior. The bedrooms were a bit cold.

Nice and cozy but not recommendable for summer holidays (no AC)

Very good location, well decorated and equipped and clean. Convenient closed parking.

Since it’s an attic apartment with no AC, it got extremely and unbearably hot, even at night, with fans running. The heat was especially intense in the bedrooms. Unfortunately, it was really uncomfortable during our stay. In our opinion, the apartment would only be viable for summer stays if air conditioning is installed. Though a 5th floor with no lift , it’s well equipped and nicely decorated, installing AC would definitely make it suitable for summer guests.

Week-end charmant

L'emplacement non loin du centre, la déco, très joli appartement, pratique, super pour un week-end même si sportif 4 étages d'escaliers à monter! La place de parking, c'est appréciable. La tv connectée, au Top! LE MENAGE COMPRIS! Literies confortables.

Il n'y a qu'un seul jeu de clefs, c'est dommage car 3 couchages ! Prévoir un masque de nuit si besoin de dormir dans le noir car rais de lumière. J'avais prévu car lu dans les commentaires.

Bien mais pourrait être mieux

Appartement bien situé, proche du centre, propre et bien aménagé.

Le lieu de récupération des clés est assez loin du logement (ce qui implique plusieurs aller-retours en voiture), les lampes de chevets de l’une des chambres ne fonctionnaient pas, les lits sont petits et les matelas sont mous, les 4 étages à monter sans ascenseurs (compliqué avec des valises) et les plafonds sont très bas.

Moderne, sehr schöne zentrumsnahe Wohnung

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen, sauber und großzügig. Alles war wie angegeben.

Nicht gefallen kann man nicht sagen, nur Anmerkungen: Die Unterkunft liegt im 4. Stock, kein Aufzug; sie ist aber groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gibt nur Dachfenster, da die Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk liegt wie auf den Fotos auch richtig dargestellt. In den Schlafzimmern es daher auch teilweise sehr niedrig, was aber trotzdem kein Problem ist. Allerdings könnten vielleicht noch Möbeln zum Ablegen der Kleidung hinzugenommen werden. In einem Schlafzimmer ist zwar ein Kleiderschrank, der aber mit Haushaltsgegenständen gefüllt ist. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer war eine Kommode vorhanden. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung perfekt. Sehr sauber, ordentlich und modern eingerichtet. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.

Nulla, se non lo stile di arredamento casa!

Purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata positiva. Al momento della prenotazione non era chiaramente indicato che il ritiro delle chiavi avvenisse in una sede diversa dall’appartamento. Sono stata costretta ad andare a prenderle in un altro posto che distava circa 15 minuti a piedi, con conseguente perdita di tempo e grande disagio, soprattutto con bagagli al seguito. Inoltre, l’appartamento si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore, informazione che avrebbe dovuto essere comunicata chiaramente in fase di prenotazione. Ritengo che informazioni così importanti debbano essere fornite in modo trasparente. Per questi motivi non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.

-Falta de ar condicionado. No verão é difícil dormir apenas com ventilador -Pouquíssimos utensílios na cozinha. Apenas duas frigideiras e uma panela pequena. Apenas uma faca de legumes de 3” polegadas. Impossível preparar alimentas sem os utensílios básicos !!!

Rapport qualité/prix à revoir

Bon emplacement.

Les ustensiles, serviettes, torchons sont réduits au strict minimum. Pas de serviette à main, pas de sopalin, pas assez de savon ni de papier toilettes pour 4 personnes pour 3 nuits....Il n'est pas vraiment adapté pour un séjour de plus d'une nuit. L'accès à l'appartement est compliqué : escaliers raides, difficile de monter les valises, les pentes des toits rendent la circulation complexe. Pour ces raisons, le prix ne nous paraît pas adapté. A titre d'exemple, ce logement nous a coûté deux fois plus cher que celui que nous avons loué à Colmar en plein cœur de ville, deux fois plus grand, avec home cinéma, baignoire à bulles et douche à jets. Le parking ne justifie pas le prix. A choisir, j'aurais dû prendre un logement au coeur de la vieille ville et payer un stationnement.

Un séjour très agréable en famille au cœur de Strasbourg

Très bien placé au cœur de la ville. Des magasins tout près. C’est super d’avoir une place de parking. C’est confortable, bien équipé pour prendre le petit-déjeuner et très propre.

Le logement se trouve dans un toit mansardé. C’est sympathique et bien aménagé. Je le déconseillerais cependant à des personnes âgées (4 étages à monter à pied) ou à des personnes dépassant la taille de 1,80 m.
