Excellent Location, Beautiful 2-Bedroom Apartment In Strasbourg

This 2-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the Old Town in Strasbourg. All of the pictures you see online about the city - the quaint little restaurants by the water, the historic half-timbered-style houses, the cathedral, the bakeries, the wine bars - are all in walking distance from this property. The owner met my mum and I at the apartment with the keys when we arrived and showed us around. He then sent a list of local recommendations for bakeries, restaurants, sightseeing etc. There was also a complimentary bottle of bubbles in the fridge, juice, a fresh bowl of fruit on the table, cookies etc. He responded quickly, helped carry our luggage up the stairs, and worked around our timing. We felt so welcomed and set up to explore. If you're looking for 10/10 apartment to experience beautiful Strasbourg, this one is it. We will be back.

Everything. The location is perfect, the apartment is charming and beautiful and the host Sebastien is fantastic. Goes out of his way to ensure you have a special stay. In fact, this was by far our best accommodation we have stayed in (for overall customer service, location through to comfort in the apartment) all around Europe.

Fantastic apartment with a view of the cathedral spire

The location of this apartment is fantastic and it has a great view of the cathedral, especially at night. The apartment is spacious, clean and quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. Sebastian met us at the door and explained everything about the apartment and he provided us with alot of information which was very helpful. We enjoyed several of the welcome snacks and drinks that were in the apartment and thank you Sebastian for carrying my suitcase.

Amazing apartment in the perfect city!

The apartment was extremely clean and was in the perfect location to walk to everything! Sebastien was an amazing host and even sent recommendations to restaurants and things to do in the area. He was also very responsive.

Some of the other people in the building were loud at night a few nights but that’s something the host can’t control.

Steve the manager met us outside the apartment and showed us around, he is very friendly, lovely person, right on time, in fact he was already there when we arrived. Lovely apartment, spacious, clean, great open plan which we loved it. You can't beat the location and the view of the Cathedrale, so centre but so quiet at the same time. You don't hear a thing in the evening. This is very important as we are both very light sleepers. You have everything you need in the modern kitchen if you want to cook meals. The host is great, communication was always prompt and very helpful. He is soooo generous, provided us with great quality bottle of bubbles, water, juice, great fine quality biscuits, chocolates, and snacks. We were really appreciate and enjoyed it :). We would stay here again definitely.

Wonderful Cozy Apartment in Ideal Location

This was such a cute and cozy place to stay. The host helped carry our luggage upstairs and had a bunch of snacks and coffee available for us on arrival which was so nice after a long travel day so we didn’t need to find a store right away. The location is fantastic - on a quiet side street but just steps away from the cathedral. The whole place looks like a fairy tale village as other reviewers have mentioned. We also appreciated the luxurious shower. The apartment gets very good cool breeze through the open windows at night even in July so we did not need the air conditioning most of the time.

There was nothing negative for us, though we did appreciate the other reviewers mentioning the stairs so we knew what to expect going into it. It’s a historic building, so to be expected.

Typical Alsatian apartment, perfect location. Really cosy. The host was brilliant, gave tips on restaurants & things to do. He was also flexible in terms of arrival and leaving. And there was a nice welcome kit of food & drink on arrival.

It’s spectacular to be able to sit in the living room and see the cathedral and listen to the bells! It’s a charming property with all of the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was absolutely amazing to work with!

Nothing! It was truly great for us. One thing to note is the stairs up to the property for anyone with mobility issues though. And a second toilet would be convenient.

Everything. Locations was great!! Apartment was a great size for a family of four with teens and beds were comfortable. Living, Kitchen and dining were perfect, coffee machine with coffee pods included and a welcome bottle of wine! The host met us there and was fantastic. He gave us lots of tips about Strasbourg and recommendations for what to do and where things were located. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this place.

Very good location in the centre of the city. Tourist spots can easily be reached but calm though. Heating easy and good. Spacious parking nearby available on request. Feels like home!

We loved everything about this apartment! It was like having a dream home in the historic centre of Strasburg. It was so spacious, homy, clean, quiet and at the same time in the very heart of the city. We came by a car, so we really appreciated the garage nearby the apartment. Excellent stay in historic Strasbourg!

The owner, Sebastien was warm and efficient in his communications with us. We needed a travel cot last minute for our friend who was travelling with her baby and he was able to provide it to us immediately. The apartment was spotless and we were welcomed with sparkling wine, a fruit basket and lots of other snacks & beverages. It was a thoughtful surprise on the part of Sebastien that we appreciated very much. The location is right in the middle of the old town so it was easy to walk to all the places that we wanted to go to.

Nothing really for us ... but for those who are not good with walking up stairs, this place may not be suitable for you.

Lovely apartment in a wonderful location

This is a lovely apartment in the middle of the old town with a view of the cathedral and close to cafes and shopping. Our host Sebastian was very welcoming and provided helpful recommendations for things to see, supermarkets and dining. We enjoyed Strasbourg and would happily come and stay again.

While it did not bother us the stairs up to the apartment may make it difficult for some people.

Beautiful apartment with central location

This property is amazing. Sebastian was a brilliant host helped carry bags up the stairs and was extremely helpful with providing things to do and see, restaurants to eat out at and local amenities. The property was equipped with everything you could possibly need, and a brilliant touch was that there were snacks and drinks free of charge to use (bowl of fruit, biscuits, crisps and such like and a bottle of wine in the fridge). The property is centrally located and a short walk to the main areas. We visited for the Christmas markets so was right in the mix of everything.

A lovely apartment in the heart of a beautiful city

Beautifully renovated apartment right in the heart of the old town - 2 minute's walk from the Cathedral. Sebastien met us on arrival and was friendly and helpful - he'd left a bottle of bubbly and some welcome fruit and nibbles which was much appreciated. There is no parking in the old town, so we rented his car parking spot a short walk from the apartment which was very convenient. All in all, a wonderful stay - thank you!

Great location in the old city with a very accommodating host. Well equipped apartment with plenty of room.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There are stairs to access the apartment but our host kindly assisted with our heavy cases. It was unseasonably hot for a couple of days so we struggled to sleep for a couple of nights.
