Cute apartment in the attic of romantic surroundings. We had a lovely stay

Clean and located ideally. Quiet and romantic room. Our stay was in the winters cold but apartment welcomed us with lovely warmth. Owner gave good instructions for door codes and everything

There was no full mirror and sealing height best for people on the shorter side. But 195 cm managed still ok

Fantastic location, right next to Cathedral and markets. (But the bells ring a lot!) Clean and modern. Indoor sauna. Room for family of 5. Kitchen was small but efficient. Easy check in. Would stay again.

Cute apartment in a great location

It was very cute. It was in the loft of an old building. There was a bedroom upstairs with a sofa bed downstairs. The shower was good with instant hot water. The location was very convenient as it was one road over from the cathedral. The welcome gift was lovely. The kitchen and fridge were a great size. There was the world’s tiniest lift but thank goodness it was there to take one suitcase up at a time.

If you were tall you could easily bang your head going into the toilet.

The perfect place, no notes!!!

Everything was amazing!!! A huge apartment just a block off the cathedral square. Spacious living room with a huge dining table and a cute little avant garde sitting corner. A beautiful loft with shower. Roomy bedroom on the main floor with plenty of storage space and a window into the downstairs shower room. Washer, dryer, full kitchen. But the views are just as good. The main side of the apartment faces the cathedral and makes for spectacular views both day and night of the Strasbourg skyline. Bonus: elevator has been retro-fitted into the building!!!

Exceptionally clean apartment in the Centre

Exceptionally clean apartment next to the beautiful cathedral, so very central. Great shower. Great views of the cathedral at night. You are awake early as the bells ring regularly, but we didn’t mind that. We appreciated the bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge.

The metal stairs to the upper floor were not good for us and, as the apartment is on the 5th floor and at the top of the building, the ceiling slopes, so it’s not easy to get to the toilet and impossible to sit up in bed. My husband is quite tall, so this was an issue. This was just our experience - it may suit others perfectly. The walls must be quite thin as we could hear the people in the apartment next door quite clearly.

Well situated to explore the city centre

Location is excellent. Very clean. Well equipped.

If tall angled ceiling and walls can get in the way of moving around. Stairs to loft are steep if one has mobility issues and the bathroom is up there. Nothing wrong with this place. Just a couple logistics.

Great location with beautiful stores and restaurants all around. Great view of the cathedrals outside the window.

A bit of a walk from parking but OK. Smallest elevator I’ve ever seen. Shower on the main level was clogged up so you either had to take a very short shower or the water would pour into the floor.

Great location, good stay, could be made even better by tweaking some details

Great location, nice to have a living area as well as the sleeping area on the mezzanine.

The pillows were too soft for me - would be nice to provide a variety so there is something for everyone. Just a mini ironing board where a full size one would be nice. The sofa is (imitation?) leather and your arms or other exposed skin stick to it if you sit there for a while. Would also be nice if there was an HDMI cable for the tv so you could attach a laptop.

It's not handicapped friendly. The bedroom is upstairs, the stairs are windy The shower and toilet are also upstairs - which are open For some people this is hard or even impossible to handle A warning would be sufficient

This is the 9th year to visit this beautiful modern apartment, well located, near to the cathedral, at the center, near coffee and restaurant, in the shopping center, every year I have to visit Strasbourg and in particular this apartment, the owner is really nice

Perfect location near Cathedral in center of old walkable Strasbourg.

Excellent location near Cathedral and walking distance to interesting streets of Strasbourg and Tram stop. Modern remodeling with good furnishings, large shower, and comfortable bedding.

Step stairs to upstairs sleeping and bathroom would be very difficult for mobility limited persons. Low sloped ceiling in upstairs bedroom requires caution when standing.

Great view and super convenient location!

The location is superb!! Next to the cathedral and everything is in the walking distance. The view from the apartment amazing from day to night. The decoration of the apartment is modern and chic!

There is only one foot towel for each shower room so the floor could be a bit wet after the shower as there is no shower to close the shower area.

Misleading advertising, please remove ambiguous picture.

Perfect location

Let's make clear we initially believed that we'll rent the Black apartment , but we ended up renting the white one by mistake. We were fooled by a picture showing an open communication between both flats and such is no longer valid. This was already reported on other (hopefully few) reviews but the owners did not feel like removing it (or act on any other negative point that were also reported, i.e. the smell on the bathroom). We are tall people and such flat is not for tall people, we would never have rented such place if we knew. This review would would be probably better should the communication with owners was better. They could not care less with ironic and sarcastic statements. Looks like getting the money and no hassle / additional care is worth the effort. We also forgot some food and bottles worth 100+ Euros on the fridge which was carefully packaged with vacuum seals. We attempted to gather them back a few hours after leaving the flat. When we asked to get it back, we were noticed that it was destroyed because of some "covid" measures... for sealed goods and bottles come on … Again, a simple mail or phone call that we forgot something would have been worth the effort, at least an attempt to let us know as we were walking in the area the entire day after leaving the premises. it would have been a matter of minutes to get it back. As a conclusion, The "white" appartement is apartment with no charm or character at all, no particular decoration or touch which would make it warmer, apart that it is under the eaves. However the stairwell and building are quite charming.. Avoid it if you are tall especially the very small toilets, if you are looking for some touch or charm, there are many charming & better places around for an equivalent price. Such a terrible experience, and probably the first one so deep after many rents done on Booking worldwide.

A beautiful apartment in the city Center

A unique Appartement just in the Center of Strasbourg. Maisonette style and beautiful furnished. everything done with care. Easy access with the codes sent by the landlords some days before arrival. fantastic view from the roof window on the Strasbourg Munster. Just be aware that you cannot drive to the apartment but should park your car at the Gutenberg parking nearby (ca 40€ per day).

Highly recommended!

The apartment is in the center of Strasbourg, 2 minutes away from the Cathedral. Easy access via a code that the landlord sends the day before checking in. Elevator available. The white apartment is on two floors and is modern and clean. Coffee machine with capsules is a plus!

Location excellent. Central to all restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment was very clean and modern with all facilities. Shower was great. Bed was very comfortable.

My partner and I are able bodied and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay there again however the apartment is located on the fifth floor so not accessible for everyone . There is a lift but for single use only or a hearty walk up the stairs . This apartment is best suited for people with no mobility concerns.

The worst experience I've ever had on booking

Location. Everything else is terrible

Bad experience in Strasbourg. There are many other better and more reliable options. In fact, this accommodation is just an apartment, which is divided by a sliding door. You can hear everything from one side to the other. We stayed in the small White apartment for 5 days. The apartment is poorly equipped, the kitchen extractor hood is dirty and the carpet in the living room was so dirty that we had to remove it. We were without internet for 1 whole day due to a malfunction of the Wi-Fi modem. We contacted the owner who told us that he couldn't do anything because the modem was in the other apartment (Black). On the third day, guests from the apartment next door entered. They were drinking and talking loudly until 4 am and knocked on their door several times during the night. We didn't sleep at all and my kids were super scared. We contacted the owner and he said he couldn't do anything. He told us to call the police. All of this on December 31st, New Year's Eve. A real nightmare. We decided to leave the apartment early and move to a hotel. In no time, the owner was available to help us. I've made hundreds of reservations with booking and everything has always gone well. This accommodation is not prepared to be rented in 2 independent apartments and the owner does not know anything about receiving guests. I do not advise anyone to book this accommodation. There are many better options in Strasbourg.

Excellent apartments, very well located in terms of walking distance to all the attractions of the central part of the city. Well renovated apartments. There is excellent underground parking nearby. Everything was very comfortable. The apartment is well equipped for guests. We couldn't use the sauna because we didn't understand how to use it. Simply pressing the button did not lead to the desired result. Funny elevator for 1 person, but it is enough to take luggage to the 5th floor...

We loved the location, very close to the cathedral, 15 minutes walk from the train station. It was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the sauna.

Some people may have a problem with the stairs getting up with the luggage, since it is on the 5th floor and the elevator is very small (1 person with luggage).
