Highly recommended

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and highly luxurious. Having a sauna and a jacuzzi in the master bedroom was pleasantly indulgent. The location is ideal. The manager was really friendly and couldn't do enough to help. My son loved the decor including Avengers, Minions and Star Wars themed art work. It was a wonderful pleasure to stay here.

Luxurious, elegant, and centrally located hotel with an extremely helpful staff!

It was centrally located, extremely convenient to access. It felt like a small spa getaway. The space was elegantly decorated and had everything we needed, even a baby crib. The ambiance was just perfect and it was nice and quiet. Also, the staff were extremely responsive and helpful. The staff personally welcomed us and explained everything. It was just lovely. We felt like the staff were just one message away should we need anything.

This is just one small detail but the hallway light between the two bedrooms was activated by motion and we were unable to de-activate it for the night. As a result, anytime the bedroom door was opened the light turned on automatically and it was really bright in the bedroom.

Trendy two bedroom apartment in the heart of Strasbourg

The location was very central, you could walk everywhere. It was clean and spacious. The communication was excellent, we needed a few things sorting and the team were quick and efficient at doing this. An excellent location for the Christmas market.

There was no storage in the second bedroom.

Carpet in kitchen area; would like to be able to vacuum it easily, the trams outside can sometimes be loud, proximity of neighbors.

Overall: Not recommended for families, and even as a couple, I would choose a proper 5-star hotel if you expect genuine

• No storage at all (no cupboard, etc). Outer clothing has to be hung right next to the bed. • Electrical issues: When we tried to switch on the kettle, the electricity went out. The kettle itself is the most basic model imaginable. • Bathroom problems: When we used the shower next to the jacuzzi, water leaked out and spread across the bedroom floor. • Safety concerns: Getting out of the jacuzzi leaves you stepping onto a slippery floor, which becomes wet throughout the bedroom. There are no bath mats or anything to prevent this (you can use a towel, but not much of extras are provided). • No cleaning service: This is especially inconvenient if you need fresh towels or basic upkeep, and the lack of storage makes the room feel even messier.

The location was perfect , close to everything. The communication with the staff was excellent. We also loved having a sauna and jacuzzi after exploring the city.

It’s a comfortable place to stay and explore the city.

The location is very good. Right at the city center and easy walking distance to the city’s major attractions.

Getting into the parking was difficult and a mess. To make it worse getting back into the parking to get your car is almost impossible with the card system not working at all. You need to use the parking ticket to get into the elevator/door which doesn’t work at all. We had to call the parking operator to let us in. It’s a very dumb access system. Will never use this parking ever again!

Nice stays in Strasbourg

I think this apartment is a nice choice for families visiting Strasbourg. It’s actually quite hard to find a hotel room in the center of Strassbourg that can accommodate a family together, so this place was a perfect fit. The room was spacious, modern-styled, and well-equipped. Its location in the old town made sightseeing easy and enjoyable. In addition, staffs were also very responsive and quick to assist whenever I needed. Furthermore, it includes a bath and sauna, which was a nice bonus. Everything was tidy and well maintained.

Just a couple of things to comment. There’s no complimentary drinking water provided, so it is better to pick some bottle of water from a nearby supermarket beforehand. Also, when I used the electric oven at the morning, there was a event that the power on our entire floor went out. So I checked the fuse box myself. Therefore, apartment team would want to look into, just to prevent similar surprises for future guests.

Luxurious 2 bedroom apartment

We spent 2 nights in this 2 bedrooms apartment. It has exceeded our expectations in almost every aspect. Very luxurious equipped, with a large 2 person whirlpool bath tub in the main bedroom. There are 2 rain shower systems in the shower, good for 2 persons shower at the same time. There is a sauna room too that we didn’t use. The beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent too, in the center of the city, walking distance to all the sights

wonderful trip to strasbourg!

the apartment is very cool. it’s in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. parking can be a little hairy but Daniel met us at the garage and showed us the way. the beds were very comfortable. there were plenty of towels. I would like to see some washcloths. the train runs right in front of the building but you can hardly hear it. the windows keep all of the noise out. there is a towel warmer which is very nice. the apartment is decorated very stylish. I would definitely recommend staying here. we traveled with my sister and her family so it was nice to have the two apartments on the same floor. I am very particular and I thought this was a great place.

enjoyable stay

We liked the spaciousness of the apartment and the decor. The bathroom was large and modern. The young man who met us was very nice and helpful. The apartment was in a great location. Had good security with multiple doors and keypads to enter the apartment. Kitchen was modern. Coffee pods were available. Down the street from Hermes and Louis Vuitton.

The washer was broken and was not inside the apartment. The young man offered to wash clothing for us but we did not accept the offer. We had counted on having the washer. We did not like having to walk through one bedroom to get to the other. It wasn't a problem for two older women but for couples it might be awkward. The tram line is just outside the apartment windows so there was some noise from that but enough to disturb sleep.
