I especially liked the personal service of meeting up with us before entering the underground parking garage. It would have been very difficult without the in-situ instructions. At the same time we also got help carrying the luggage up to the appartment. The service was just great!
The couch serving as a bed for two persons was the only negative thing about the visit. It was simply very uncomfortable.

Lovely apartment overlooking Kleber Square with views of the Cathedral. Convenient to many attractions.
Getting in to the apartment was difficult. There does not seem to be anyone at reception during any hours. Received texts and info, but phone not yet connected, so did not get much communication. Eventually a young lady showed up and helped with everything.

Location is excellent
Our appartment was rather small. Smaller than anticipated from the photos. The only bathroom was only accessible by walking into the main bedroom. The other bedroom is actually in the living room. The bathroom is extremely small. A lot more run down than the photos showed
