Do Not Stay here! We had Rats inside the apartment!

We were 3 families with 3 different rooms! after second night all of us left the apartment even we'd pre-payed more nights. There were Rats inside the bedroom. Dirty, bathroom smell, cheap appliances, cheap bed sheets and towels. this is 2 star maximum.

Our appartment was rather small. Smaller than anticipated from the photos. The only bathroom was only accessible by walking into the main bedroom. The other bedroom is actually in the living room. The bathroom is extremely small. A lot more run down than the photos showed

Great central location.

The room we were given looked nothing like the ones on the listing. Also being placed on the top floor with no lift access when we have a baby was really impractical to carry our luggage, pram and baby up. The bathroom smelt really bad (we were only there one night so no time to report this)

A well-located studio room for three with a great city square view

The studio-style room was spacious and well-suited for three people, with simple facilities to boil water or reheat food easily. The view overlooked the central square, and the location made it very convenient to walk to major attractions.

The walls were quite thin, so noise from other guests using the stairs or talking could be heard.

Excellent Location for a Christmas Stay, with a Few Drawbacks

The location is perfect. The staff are very friendly, and there is private parking available very close to the property.

Unfortunately, during the first two days of our stay there was no hot water. The wardrobe was very small for a family of four, so we had to keep most of our clothes in our luggage. Housekeeping was inconsistent and did not clean the room daily; on several occasions we had to remind staff to refill hand soap and toilet paper.

Everything else was great. Communication with the staff was very forthcoming and friendly.

Location was extremely central. 2 sets of windows overlooking Place Kleber. Windows were well insulated. No noise could be heard from the busy Christmas Market below with the windows closed.

Quality of shower gel and shampoo could be improved. 4 chairs but were mismatched. Perhaps a fresh set of 4 identical chairs would bring about a more posh setting.

not worthy of our expectations

Location was great. Staff was helpful and goodwill.

odors from the sewage system in the bathroom. The fact that we were forced to leave the parking lot at 12:00 while the 48 hours we were supposed to pay for expired many hours later. - That is, we paid for parking for two days, and at a high price, and were forced to leave much earlier.

Excellent location and customer service but room fell short on expectation

Location and customer service was excellent. Convenience of parking near apartment.

The apartment was one room with partial partition so felt a bit like a bedsit rather than a 1 bedroom apartment. Beds and pillows were softer than I would have preferred. Some stairs from car park to building lobby made it challenging with bags.

Excellent service, great location

The communication with Amine, Virginie and Ahmed was excellent. Additionally, Ahmed was great - he helped us locate the parking garage, and helped us with check-in. Furthermore, Virginie was very easily reachable by phone. The team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The apartment was very clean and well set-up, and the location is great.

Perfect apartment to explore Straßburg

Everything was absolutely perfect. The communication with the host was great The location of the apartment was perfect. The parking garage was right next to it. The apartment was very nicely equiped. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a decent size.

Stay clear - rodent issue

Location

- Mouse in the apartment on final night. Family with children had no sleep. - Attitude of staff the following morning left a lot to be desired. - Eventually we were promised a refund of some charges, however, 3 months later we are still awaiting the promised refund. Property have now also stopped responding to our emails / what’s-app messages in relation to this promised refund - Matter now reported to Bookings who are now looking into the matter. If not resolved between property and bookings the matter will be taken further. - Apartment is in need of serious renovations and clearly some work in relation to rodent control. The mouse came in under a gap at the bottom of the apartment door. Clearly it was wandering around the wider building (i.e. there are a number of rooms / apartments within the building).

Love the Balcony

Amazing spacious room with balcony overlooking Kléber square and view of the cathedral. Place is well equipped, around the corner from public transport and car parking. The team were all incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Pleasant, but nothing special.

Our experience was below our expectations. Maybe I was expecting too much from 8.5 rating but I’ve seen better hotels with lower ratings. That said, there was nothing too bad to complain about with the exception of a quite big spider web in the room, although the feeling of cleanliness was there.

Overall, nice apartment (just needs a couple of tweaks)… the help was wonderful. Parking was an adventure by itself.

Near the Christmas market. I loved the teddy bears. The room was larger than I had imagined based on the photos.

We could have had more towels (5 people 5 towels, no wash clothes) for drying our hair and a floor towel. The toilet seat was not completely attached, quite dangerous for an elderly person. It would have been nice to have creamer for our coffee.

Comfortable and stylish stay in the most perfect location.

Perfect location, right at the heart of the Christmas market. Beds were quite comfortable, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had 4 people, but the hot water in the shower only lasted for 2-3 showers. We will keep that in mind for our next stay, and have some of us shower at night instead of all in the morning.

The property location was great

How I wasn’t aware of different room options. They gave us a room and we unpacked even laid in beds, someone showered even and then they came back saying they put us in the wrong room . We offered more money not to move as my mother wasn’t feeling good. They made us move. We had to repack and then the room they put us in was smaller. The walls had holes and in my booking I wish it gave us options the first room is what we wanted we were happy to lay it was frustrating and honestly thier mistake and yet forced to pack for a smaller, smelled of mold too. My mom was so sick we left after first night and we lost our second nights money on top of all that. Just not very friendly and they shouldn’t have moved us . I had no way to see if it was a scam. Very disappointed in how we were treated.
