Very conveniently located, walking distance from the train station. Very clean and beautiful apartment in what looks like a historic building. Handy to have appliances available, wonderful to have terrace. Didn’t realize that it was up a story and that the electric trains run on the street under the balcony, but the apartment was still quiet. There is a tiny elevator to reach your room.
There was thankfully a combined washing /drying machine for clothes but not obvious how to operate - you don’t need to transfer the clothes; both washing and drying are in the same bin. Also the shower controls included a setting to shoot water straight out from 3 sprayers which was to be avoided if you are shorter. The lights in the hallways to get to your room require you to turn them on with a switch and then they time out.

Fantastic location, great little studio apartment with a sizeable balcony to chill. V comfortable bed and great shower.
We weren’t bothered but might be noisy for light sleepers

Would be perfect for a romantic city break. Nice location and outside terrace is a great feature.
Found it difficult to find the door but got there in the end.

Central location
Quirky property
If you are a light sleeper take ear plugs. The trams start at around 04.30 they run right outside the room.
The shower temperature is limited to 38⁰C it won't get any hotter. Fine for the summer months. But I like a nice hot shower when its 0⁰C outside.
