About this apartment rental
Come and discover Nice by staying in the heart of the Old Town, a stone's throw from the magnificent Place Rossetti, in an air-conditioned apartment with the charm and colors of Nice.
The apartment is on the first floor of its building accessible by stairs. Despite its lively location in the old town in the middle of shops & restaurants, it overlooks a quiet little alley and has double-glazed windows. The layout of the apartment is completely open, the air conditioning is only available in the kitchen / dining room but allows the air to be renewed throughout the apartment thanks to the openings.
The apartment is composed of a fully equipped open kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster & a laundry area in the entrance with a laundry room with washing machine/dryer, iron & fridge/freezer.
The living room also has a dining table and a lounge area on a lower level (2 steps down). Wi-Fi connection included.
From the living room you then access the bedroom (open to the living room) with a Queen Size bed, a dressing room and a desk. The bathroom has WC, vanity unit and shower accessible via two steps.
The exceptional location allows you to experience a stay in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Cours Saleya flower & local produce market and the Promenade des Anglais to immerse yourself in local life.
You can easily discover the city on foot or by public transport, you will be located a 4-minute walk from the Cathédrale Vieille Ville tram stop.
From the airport, you can take tram line 2 towards Port Lympia, stop at Garibaldi station, then reach the accommodation in 8 minutes on foot.
If you come by car, be aware that the old town is mainly pedestrianized, the nearest paying underground car park is the Parking du Palais de Justice, 3 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment was so nicely located to everything. We really enjoyed being in the old part of town while still being able to easily walk to shopping or the train or the water front. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was in a very good location if you'd like to stay in the Old Town.Apartment was clean and modern.The only problem was the lack of communication through Vrbo which was a shame as we were on the plane and still hadn't got the check in details and how to get the key.

The apartment is as bright and spacious as it looks in the photos. It is also very centrally located in Vieux Nice with cafés and restaurants 2 steps away. What surprised me was how quiet it was despite this location.My only suggestion would be to leave some instructions for the dishwasher and the towel warmer. The washing machine was very intuitive, and maybe it was just me, but I couldn't get the dishwasher to work. Not an issue at all--handwashing dishes was no problem, and the towels dried sufficiently between showers. Sanitized silverware and a warm towel just would have made the stay even nicer.To end on a positive: the hosts were very, very responsive to my questions during my stay. If the dishwasher had been important to me, I would have asked, and I suspect they would have helped me immediately.Highly reccommend
