#16 Staywizus -1BDR Flower market, Old Town, 1min beach AC

It looked just like the pictures. Modern clean spacious. Close to the beach and markets right on the center of it all. Location was perfect. It was nice to have a washer as well and small fridge. Air conditioning worked well too!

Communication was difficult. And I wouldn’t stay here again coming off a flight being awake for 24hrs. Unless you’re in the mood for a scavenger hunt to find the key box on one side of town and then find your apartment on the other and then climb an insane amount of taller then usual, steep steps. 4 floors I think. 8 flights basically. Wouldn’t have booked if we’d known considering knee injury here. Also the entire apartment smelled like sewage constantly, from all drains. Kitchen , shower and sinks. The apartment is located above a cafe and busy street that’s open late and each night you’d hear crowds screaming and chanting over football and partying, not so annoying knowing it was happiness but still , it will wake you if you’ve gone to bed

Great location in the old town, close to the beach and public transport

The bathroom had a smell of sewage, possibly when the drains dried out? And the noise from the street during the night 2am-5am would wake you up from people shouting on their travels home. (Annoying)

Darker room, so you need to keep the lights on. Uncomfortable and short bed, with the height of 1.80m keeps feet hanging or pushed against wood parts. Stairs to 4th floor are steep, so if you have heavy luggage or some stroller - good luck :) Grocery stores around are expensive - noticed prices 2-3x compared with supermarket prices futher away.

Ülihea asukoht vanalinnas. Rand ja kesklinn jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Suhtlus omanikuga oli meeldiv ning võtmete kättesaamine mugav. Korter oli puhas ning hästi varustatud, voodi mugav. Tänu õhksoojuspumbale tekkis hubane tunne ka jahedamatel õhtutel. Soovitan.

Kööginurgas võiks olla ka lõikelaud ning mõni väike terav nuga. Suurema pagasiga reisides peaks arvestama, et korter asub neljandal korrusel ja majas puudub lift. Mulle polnud see probleem. Ka soovitaksin kõrvatroppe, sest väljas toimuv ööelu võib olla üsna lärmakas.
