Nice Studio Old Town Sea Side

Emma and David were very great and helpful. The apartment was clean and well-equipped (washing powder and bar soap could have been included). The fact that the hosts welcomed guest with cold drinks (wine, water, juice etc.) and a bowl of candy was very nice and there's even an umbrella in the apartment :) . The biggest advantage of the apartment is definitely that in addition to the stove, there is an OVEN. You can cook food like at home. The internet connection (also suitable for video conferencing) and the silence of the apartment (street noise is not very audible in the apartment) are also good for working and studying. The location of the apartment was also great (right in the heart of the old town) - easy and comfortable to move in any direction. There is a market near the apartment (practically next to the house), a very excellent LAC pastry shop (just around the corner), where are the wonderful cakes and Lym bakery (on St Francois Street), where you can get the best baguette apero in town (with honey, cheese and nuts) - it's amazing. Both are worth a visit. Within walking distance is Chez Pipo - the best socca place in town. Definitely worth a try (e.g. Chez Theresa near the apartment is good, but not great). So, definitely take that short walk. Tram stops are also very close, but in reality all the important sights are just a short walk away. It is also gratifying that the owners had the time and desire to personally welcome and see off each of their guests. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

There may be visitors in neighboring apartments who are too noisy at night :( Also was a bit surprising that in addition to the price of the apartment, a deposit had to be paid (as far as I remember, it was not clearly stated in the advertisement), but it is easily and quickly refunded after the stay.

The appartement is very well situated and only 2 minutes of walk to the beach. Excellent host, who met up with the keys.

The location is ideal, everything is very close. The apartment is well-equipped, very clean. David and Emma are great hosts. Special thanks for the fine white wine!
