The apartment itself is very well equipped, clean and comfortable, and the aircon was an absolute god send given the current heat wave. My casa were helpful and provided excellent instructions to get into the apartment with photos to help! The location is great for getting around the old town and quick to the beach, would be especially good if you are coming here on a ‘party’ holiday as the flat is situated above many bars.

As the property is above bars the street noice level is very intrusive into the night/ early morning hours so would suggest bringing earplugs and not staying here with young children (this is not a complaint but should be taken into consideration when booking). The lock on the door definitely has a technique to it, we struggled to get in the first few times until we discovered to need to pull the door and lift the key to pop it open. Like many of the other reviews there are a lot of dark stairs but this isn’t unusual for this type of property.

Good location

Street too noisy. They state no party in the apartment while the whole street is partying 😀 Deposit was 500 eur which I think is excessive. Be aware the apartment is 3 floors up and this is old building with high ceilings so it's almost 6 floors with no lift. Very bad cell phone connection in the area.

The location is fabulous if you want to be in the heart of old town.

The “starter kit” they give you for your stay is not enough to last for your stay. You only get one roll of toilet paper, one washing machine tab and one dishwashing tab (and no dishwasher). Also there is no coffee of tea provided and when I asked about getting more toilet paper they told me to buy my own. They don’t respond about the coffee when I asked. As their first you are expected to take out your own garbage and clean your own dishes prior to leaving which is hard since you have to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs with your luggage and still have to take out the garbage on your last day? Felt more like I was working for them to stay in the location. Heafty price for very little.
