Lovely spacious apartment

Very spacious and well-equipped apartment. Great facilities and good location, easy to access and enter / check out.

The towels and bedsheets were micro-fiber and plastic so it was at odds with the rest of the place. I would suggest replacement of the micro-fiber towels with normal cotton ones, and same for the bedsheets.

Perfect modern place to stay with a group of friends.

The whole place was lovely, the rooftop and hot tub was great to have as we had a really hot weekend so Sunday morning to sit out there in the sun was fab. The space for a group of friends was perfect, kitchen and living space is nice and open so it’s great for entertaining. Bedrooms were decent sized too. Location was great to get in to bath town.. Very modern place

Modern apartment in good location

Location and bathroom facilities

Poor selection of kitchen cookware and utensils, extremely hot on the first floor where kitchen and lounge area is - 29 degrees!! Fans were inadequate. As it is a new build with high insulation an air con unit is essential on this first floor to ensure comfort. The hot tub needs to be covered with a sunshade too. No lift to the penthouse.

Very very warm although no fault of the owner and they accommodated as best they could by providing extra fans! As it’s a penthouse it’s on the top floor but there aren’t any lifts

A lovely apartment that was a just a little outside the main area of town

Lots of space, great for groups or families with kids who need space Washer and dryer facilities easily accessible, great for a mid-trip luggage wash! Well furnished and clean apartment Hosts responsive to questions via message Hot tub was a nice way to relax and look over the city after spending the day looking at a hot spot spring!

A little bit of a walk into the main town area and not a lot of places to eat in the immediate location. Nothing's too far though, and it was an easy walk.

Great apartment, Great location

Bathrooms were exceptional, beds were comfortable, hot tube was a great addition. Kitchen had high end spec on all appliances. Nice to be high up on 2nd and 3rd floor. Fans in each room were a must have, it’s very hot in the summer. Nice private parking.

No curtain on the terrace/balcony door, makes it very hot and hard to see the TV screen. TVs needed in bedrooms. Bigger towels needed.

Good apartment, light and spacious

Location for the city was good. Overall apartment was nice plenty of space and large rooms. View was wonderful. Great having the hot tub.

It was looking a little tired. Needs refurbishment. The owner was very responsive on being contacted, which was very reassuring. I think if you are advertising luxury, then it needs to be that bit better than the average. Little things like big thick, soft, fluffy towels and extra towels for the hot tub make the difference. It's a fantastic apartment. it just needs a little more attention to detail. Having said that, it was a great stay, and I would recommend.

Sincere and reassuring communication, ideal base to visit Bath.

Appreciated the quiet location, the spacious, clean and tasteful environ. The two bathrooms provided for unruffled preparations. The panoramic view was also much enjoyed. I would happily recommend this property and use it again myself.

The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well-located. I really liked the comfortable bed and the beautiful view. The host was exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Even before our arrival, they kept us updated with all the necessary information, which made everything very easy and stress-free. It was a lovely gesture that they had provided milk, tea, and coffee for us on arrival. Additionally, the apartment was well-prepared with clear information about first aid and the fire blanket, which made us feel safe and well cared for."

Perfect for our little break in Bath.

The hot tub was lovely as was the underfloor heating which kept us cosy during our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the en-suite was very high standard - loved the multi jet shower..

There was building work going on at the time of our stay, so no fault of the apartment but it was a bit irritating to hear drilling at 8am.

Location was great, a short walk into Bath. Hot tub was lovely. Beds were all very comfortable. A fabulous property for a weekend away with friends.

I had a nice stay! The kitchen area was spacious, and I absolutely loved the large windows that filled the apartment with natural light. The space was modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The host was incredibly helpful and well-organized, making the entire experience seamless. The location was also great — close enough to the city center for convenience but far enough to enjoy a quieter atmosphere. It’s an ideal spot for families or groups, especially with the upper floor's cozy sofa area and beautiful views. I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The towels seemed a bit worn out — even though they were clean, the old stains made them feel less fresh. It would have been nice to have an extra towel per person for the face or hair. Additionally, while the kitchen was well-equipped, the plates showed signs of heavy use and felt somewhat outdated.

Lovely short stay in gorgeous and comfortable apartment

Lovely apartment very close to historic centre of bath. Comfortable and very nicely finished apartment. Easy check in and check out. Hosts are kind to have coffee, tea and milk on hand as well as washing up liquid, loo roll etc. very lovely flat.

Neighbourhood is near central bath - walking distance - which is great. I didn’t really mind but the neighbourhood itself has lots of business properties so a little industrial. But it looks like lots of new build being constructed that is residential so looks like it’s evolving.
