Convenient good for the money but take ear plugs

Nice safe area, off street parking. Easy access and check in. Everything you need in the room. Great little kitchen and Netflix on tv a nice touch

It’s a converted garage into a room but the soundproofing is terrible I could hear everything going on in the house which is bit weird. Also guessing there bedroom is directly above and could hear them walking around kept waking me up. (I do sleep light tbf)

Not as we expected

Quiet area. Kichen well equipped.

We were under the impression that it was a 1 bedroom apartment, but it was a studio (converted from garage). The entrance was through bifold doors, so there was no window we could open at night. The kitchen area was ok. The shower tray had mould around the grouting and dirt behind screen. Bed was comfortable but linen old and worn. All in all we felt not value for money. £147 for 2 nights.

How every thing you needed was in such a cute compacted space. Loved the door into the bathroom and the automatic light switching on

Convenient for a short stay

Comfortable (if a little creaky) bed, good facilities for a short stay. Short walk to excellent public transport links into Nottingham. Nice clear instructions from the host and the neighbourhood was very quiet. Didn't hear any noise from the motorway either.

Bathroom was showing signs of mould - sealant around the shower (there was a note left advising this is due to be resolved....) and the extract fan was missing it's cover and also has mould on show. A shame because the suite and decoration was modern and clean.

Great location ideal for a stop over. Lovely to have a kettle fridge and toaster but there is also an oven and hob if you wanted to cook

Cozy, comfy place to stay for my business trip - would definitely stay again

Really cozy and comfortable set up. Very warm and welcoming. Private. Great shower and really nice to have the kitchen facilities. Just perfect for my trip. Excellent host communication too. Thank you!

Really nice place. Most of my negatives were very minor and we're more suggestions that criticism.

Very clean, Easy access, good parking. Nice kitchen facilities. It's nice to see a toaster. Nice oven so was able to cook. Parking is literally right outside the door and there is room out on the road for a second car if needed. The blinds block out enough light in the morning.

Instructions for the oven could have been included in the information folder. A photo enlargement of the heater instructions also could have been in the information folder The split level floor looks nice but isn't very convenient especially if walking around in barefeet. It's a shame there is no room for a microwave. Welcome pack was just packets of tea, coffee and sugar. Milk would have been nice and perhaps something for breakfast. There were dimmer switches but the bulbs are not suitable for dimming (I used the cooker hood light in the end). No bedside light (perhaps one could be screwed to the wall by the bed.

Enjoyed very well and coming back there soon again

It's very comfortable and cosy and in an ideal location to stay. Good parking facilities and calm place. The hosts are super helpful and make us feel like home. Will 100% recommend to everyone. Thank you again.
