RACIST landlord!!! RACIST!! RACIST!! RACIST!! RACIST!! Everyone be careful here !!!

Nothing!!!

On the first day we entered the property, the landlord started insulting us because we couldn't find the code for the "house lock". When I address him on the phone, I say, "My friend." He says, "I'm not your friend." I say, "My brother." He says, "I'm not your brother." He keeps making insulting remarks. "You idiots, are you stupid? What's your problem? Read the messages I sent properly, the house codes are there," and so on... He kept saying insulting things. On the third day of our stay, the water in the house was cut off. Also, the hair dryer wasn't working. The house was very dirty. We didn't complain about anything. Finally, I asked when the water would be back on. He wrote me a stupid answer like, "If there's no water, it won't flow." I had to contact Booking customer service. After my complaint, Booking said, "We've moved your check-out date forward immediately and will refund the remaining two days' payment." Because our stay was for four days. That's when the real trouble started. The man started calling us and sending messages, making threats. "Get out of my house immediately." "I'm coming there with the police right now." "You are fraudsters." "Go back to your filthy country." He sent photos of camels. He behaved in an incredibly racist manner towards us. All of these are documented in WhatsApp messages on my phone. Throughout this process, Booking left us alone. It was the worst experience of my life. A company like Booking should not work with people like this. An act of blatant racism was committed against us. We are still reeling from the incident. I will never forget this...

Nice Short stay for families / groups at innsburck

The view from the property was nice and it had a nice terrace (though we didn't use it as the weather was chilly). The apartment was quite spacious and well suited for our family.

Host communication could be better. The place is a little far from city center, but well connected by public transport. Some things in the apartment need a little bit of refurnishing.

Very nice, clean and spacious apartment, but not a great location.

The apartment was large, good facilities and a great view from the balcony.

It was very hot (not A/C!), and noisy - the busy road was not great and the neighbours held a very loud party that was noy appreciated.

Budget stay for one night

It’s good for an overnight stay. Next to the road if you’re going through Innsbruck. Won’t stay longer than that.

The property itself is all in all ok. The area is very bad, no parking available. No sign where to or not to park. Accidently parked somewhere I should not - did not block access to anything. The owner (?) of the parking place blocked our car and forced us to pay in cash 10 euro... reported to owner who was very harsh on me using unacceptable language. Very sad communication skills. My intention was ONLY to let them know it could happen to anyone who's arriving at night. 😞 There was no sign for no parking, no gate just a simple area where other cars also parked. Very disappointing...

Sehr schlechte Betreuung

Sauberkeit Genug decken und betten

Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Weder ein Personal noch eine zuständige Person erreichbar weder per Telefon noch per Mail und sms. Wir mussten unser ganzen Aufenthalt im Januar mit Zwei kleinen Kindern in einer nicht beheizten Wohnung verbringen.

Für eine Nacht ja..

Einfache Übergabe, großer Aufzug und für eine nacht ist es in Ordnung.

Bell'appartamento adatto anche a un gruppo di sei persone

Mi è piaciuto tutto dell'appartamento, molto pulito e comodo con i mezzi, c'è la fermata del bus per il centro molto vicina.. ci hanno lasciato abbastanza asciugamani e cuscini per sei persone .. anche il metodo di check in e out veramente comodo, grazie

Il parcheggio non è proprio adiacente alla casa, ma ci sono delle vie vicine con parcheggio, quindi dove si trova dipende un po' al momento dell'arrivo, comunque di posteggi liberi ce ne sono.. dopo il reset, il wifi ha funzionato!

OK für eine Nacht

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön und hell jedoch wurde maßiv an der Einrichtung gespart (Betten). Die Küche ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Badezimmer auch sehr sauber und modern.

Die Parkplatzsituation war bei unserer Anreise am Abend äußerst mühsam. Streetparking... Nach längerer, frustrierender Suche in der Umgebung mussten wir schließlich deutlich weiter entfernt parken. So einfach wie angegeben bekommt man nicht einen Parkplatz an der Straße. Das Doppelbett mit einer Breite von lediglich 140 cm war sehr schmal für zwei Personen. Die einfache Federkernmatratze bot kaum Komfort, was sich deutlich auf die Schlafqualität ausgewirkt hat. Das Apartment machte insgesamt einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Besonders die Wände waren stark in Mitleidenschaft gezogen – zahlreiche Kratzer und Schmutzspuren waren klar sichtbar. Auch die Handtücher waren in keinem guten Zustand: Sie wirkten stark abgenutzt, hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch und machten den Eindruck, als wären sie nicht richtig getrocknet worden. Die Sofas im Wohnbereich waren kaum als Sitzgelegenheit geeignet und offensichtlich eher als Not-Schlafmöglichkeit gedacht.

Sehr zufriedenstellend

Unterkunft wie auf den Fotos, sauber, großzügig und für mehrere Personen ausgelegt. Die Unterkunft hat alle notwendigen Geräte im Haushalt geboten! Die Wohnung angenehm warm. Vom Balkon aus hat man tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Ein großes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche hat das ganze dann noch abgerundet 👌🏽
