We reccomend to turn the arrow in the garden to the entrance to the studio itself.

We stayed at Apartment Nigler for two nights. While the apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, there were some issues at the beginning of our stay. There was no shampoo or hand soap provided upon arrival, and the Welcome Card was sent with a one-day delay. Also, messages sent through the booking platform were not answered, and no alternative contact number was available, which made communication difficult.

Excellent position

The apartment's location is excellent, parking is easy, and it's free on weekends.

Unfortunately, we arrived late at night and we only found two sets of sheets instead of four, so we couldn't use the pillows and blankets for two of us the first night, which was a problem. We notified the owner the next day, and it was fixed. As written in other reviews, identifying the apartments may not be immediate, I suggest numbering them

Very loud location.

Unfortunatelly during all my stay there was amajor reconstruction of the roof in the year and EVERY day workers started huge electric generator at 7:15. In such conditions the apartements should have not been rented.

I wasn’t sure if there’s a soundproof or not in the apartment, the 2nd night we got a lousy neighbour who stay awake till late night it’s quite disturbing.

Real potential. Parking situation problematic.

Tidy. Kitchen. Fridge. Washing machine. Tv. Hanging space for clothes.

Can’t park near apartment to unpack and load car as was raining. Then only paid parking. And only found out after paying and registering. No kettle so I didn’t have my tea. Anytime any neighbour turned their light on it shone into our apartment because the curtains are sheer. Weak internet. No top sheets. Light above cook top not working. Paid parking starts at 9am so that’s when we had to check out.

Pleasant

The flat was in a good location, we enjoyed walking around and going for little hikes.

It didn't offer the Innsbruck Sommercard which would have been very nice for us. There's no oven in the flat so you can't stay for longer than 2-3 nights if you want to cater for yourself. There is a hob so you can make some basic pasta. There was no cooking oil provided and a very limited amount of coffee. For 2 people and 3 night stay there was only 2 pods of coffee. The internet connection was not very strong so wouldn't be suitable for remote working.

Beds were comfortable and the Garden was nice.

We were greeted by a lady letting us know we don't have a booking. After a long drive not the nicest welcome. The accommodation was not clean. There were hair in the drains. The cutlery and plates were dirty. Fridge was smelling. For the price an absolute disappointment.

Location is very central in Innsbruck and good value for money.

Needed to search a parking on street which was slightly challenging and the apartment was on ground floor, so not much privacy, had to keep the shutters closed full time.

Amazing location, very clean and comfortable for our group. Facilities were all working and it felt so homely. Great door code system so we could come and go when we wanted.

Appartment itself, facilities in appartment and comfort. hill views around. I could hold two meetings in this appartment with my clients.

Parking was not good because i had to park outside and pay it myself. a key key also must be provided after checkin. i had to take my alle concerned specilly credit cards , bank cards with me because there was no extra security that i could lock the room myself.

weird apartment layout (two beds in one big room including kitchen), location is not ideal for cbd access (it takes around 30 min. to the city center on foot) but there is a convenient bus link

nice, clean and queit. you open the apartment with a code. the communication was online - we got all information and our questions were answered instantly. In the kitchenette was everything you need,even a nespresso coffee machine and the garden is very beautiful :)

just a small thing - we couldn't fine a refill (pads) for the nespresso machine in any grocery shop :( luckily there was also a moka pod :) but a kettle would be nice too (for making tee)

Liked the place - not far from the city centre, the studio is in a nice courtyard. Also liked the easy check-in and check-out, the equipment of the kitchen, the cleanliness. The beds were comfortable. Very good value for money.
